  I did not get any services done, one of their drivers had a fit of road rage and almost hit me several times on Sunday. I found this to be a poor representation of the company and their employees.

  I called Velocity flow because my AC went out after less than 2 years. They scheduled an appointment the following day between 11-12 and nobody showed up and no phone call. I called them about 12:30 and they said the person was just finishing up and would be at our house soon. I had a 1:30 dr appointment and I had to cancel. About 2pm i called and they said he would be at my house about 4pm. He showed about 3:40pm. The part was covered by Trane and the technician said he called Nick and he was supposed to charge me $275. I then called Nick and he said he would charge me $215. I said what is your service call charge and he said $125. The tech took maybe 10 minutes to fix the AC. Apparently they don't have set pricing. Stay away from this company. I will be looking for another AC company that is certified by Trane. Update7/7/26- look at the reply from Velocity Flow. It's basically a formed response. If they really cared they would have standard set pricing. Calling from a Job to what they should charge is just bullshit. I'm not sure why Ashley Homes would even use this company.

  I do not recommend Velocity Flow Heating and Cooling. I had the misfortune of working with this company as they had installed the HVAC unit in a condo I rented. The AC did not cool the condo. Nick Dieujuste came to "inspect" the unit. On his first visit, he did not pull out a single tool, yet determined the AC was working fine. Please read through these reviews and take them into consideration. I have worked with companies such as Glacier and Wilson, and have found them to be reliable and have integrity.
