  Jarret came out and unclogged my grandmother’s sink after it had been out of service for four days. He completed the job in about 25 minutes and did an excellent job! He was very polite, professional, and respectful. I would definitely call Jarret and his company again for any future plumbing services. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Jarret, Goose & Hawk all came to my home same day! I have never received better results or services in this field. The level of knowledge and professionalism was absolutely off the scale amazing. If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would. It's not everyday you see overall quality of services across the board like with these fellas. TOTALLY HOOKED HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS FROM THIS DAY FORWARD.   They came out and completely took advantage of the situation after being out of water for a week they knew we were desperate to find an answer. They quoted me 4,000 Just to replace my pump and aerator on my system. They then quoted me 12,000 to maintenance my system two times a year so in total I’m looking at a 16,000 dollar quote to have someone come out and put a 250$ pump in and clean some filters. I called another company and they came and fixed the issue for 500 dollars and that is with a year long maintenance contract. I had to hunt them down for an estimate to begin with and when I looked it over I was in complete and utter shock. They don’t break anything down for you so they can upcharge everything without you knowing. They are unprofessional and they try to scare you into paying for unnecessary expenses. They wasted my time and scammed me into pumping my tank out just so it can fill up again without the issue even being fixed. They are SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THEM.

  Was misled about what was going on in my pipes. Was told I had root intrusion throughout my system. The video I was shown was grainy and blurry. So I took in the information that was told to me by young man after camera inspection. Come down to it there was no root intrusion anywhere. A few leaves by the laundry room. It was told to me I needed hydrojetting and CIPP Lining to fix it all. This was from 1st Technician that came out and did video. 2 days later a young girl came out and tried to remove roots from pipe stacks, but she said they were so thick she couldn't get thru and would come back next day. (There wasn't anything there to get thru , no roots had grown thru pipes.) They just weren't there. Called office and they said they would send a different crew out to fix roots out of pipes. The 1st Technician that came out said I needed hydrojeting and CIPP LINING afterwards. After all is said and done I only had a toilet paper clog that could have been snaked out (simple procedure). Instead they followed what was said by 1st Technician. I heard them on top of the roof saying there were no roots anywhere. Hydrojetteing was not necessary for paper blockage. It is cleared, but by an unnecessary means. Wanting to charge me 1800$. No way I'm standing for that. Im starting the necessary process to forward my complaint to proper authority about what was done. Don't trust a free camera inspection and then the video shown is so blurry that u have take the Technicians word. I was not provided a breakdown of pricing documents. Nothing. Person goes out to truck and comes back with a 2740$ charge to do all. So in the end it was all a misleading job. I need no hydrojetting for removing toilet paper. Dont trust them. They are way overpriced. Also they had me sign a paper without what the breakdown of the charges were going to be. But they charged me $735.00 for down payment which they did not write down that I had paid that the 1st day.

  I wanted to wait to do this review to thoroughly test out everything that was done at out house. Over $13k worth of work was done so it was a big project. The water heater, new toilets, milling, laundry room, garage disposal, pump and partial repiping is holding up well. Throughout this project Ashton went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly. This young man is a go getter and I commend him for that. Things didn’t go as planned sometimes but he always came back and corrected it. Thank you Ashton and team for following up on everything and making sure all of our plumbing needs were met.
