  Thank you for sending Drake to handle my faucet leak. We appreciate the way he explained everything to us. The next time we need a plumber, Drake is our guy. He noticed a issue with our hot water heater and suggested replacing it in the near future. Totally Hooked will be our plumber going forward, but only if Drake is the plumber.

  I am so thankfull I called Anthony came out and got me all fixed up with my Norweco system this young man knows his stuff apparently my pump and aerator where burnt up and the shaft was bent and he got me fixed up and running highly recommend plumbing service ask for Anthony he’s go to guy for your Norweco

  We have been so impressed with this company. From the moment we met Jarrett he was sincere authentic down to earth honest and very thorough. Then when we met Devon he was our installer he was a fantastic young man as well. Every step of the way from the customer service to the first phone call we got to the completion of the installation I have never been so impressed with the company. You can tell they care. TJ

They show up prepared, knowledgeable, and ready to find the best solution to your problem. Not only that,! but they give you options to choose from! Not all situations are the same So I really appreciate it James patient explanations and breakdowns of the work that was necessary to achieve our goals. They custom tailor your experience to offer exactly what you need. I would recommend this company to my grandparents they’re so good

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I manage an Airbnb property, and a guest reported a clogged kitchen sink. When a technician from Totally Hooked Plumbing came out, I was told there was grease and food buildup throughout the line and that the entire system needed to be hydro-jetted at a cost of over $1,700. The technician was very persistent about having the work done immediately. Fortunately, I decided to get a second opinion before approving such an expensive repair. Another plumber came out, assessed the situation, and cleared the clog in less than five minutes. There was no need for the costly service I was being pressured into, and the issue was resolved quickly and easily. Based on my experience. I will not be using Totally Hooked Plumbing again
