Collin and the team at the office have been fantastic ! My wife and I bought a house and didn't know we had a septic tank, so we called Totally hooked plumbing to come and help us figure it out. From the moment Collin came and confirmed we had a septic tank through the inspections and everything else, he has been amazing and knowledgeable. We're getting a replacement now and a few other things and continuously receive updates from Alex on the process with permits etc. and everything step along the way. I absolutely love their communication, knowledge and professionalism.

I have to say that Collin the technician that came out did a exceptional job. First he unclog my main pipe in the rain. I offered to hold a umbrella over his head but he didn't mind the water and I have to say he is a cutie! But he also taught me what the main problem was took a camera through my sewage pipe and find the real problem and showed me everything to help me understand because I knew absolutely nothing about the issue at hand. I really appreciated the fact that yall came same day and Collin actually had patience for all my questions and was knowledgeable about everything I ask Thank yall so much.

I’m genuinely so impressed with the service I received. Bryce was absolutely amazing to work with! He was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. He listened to everything I had going on, explained things clearly, and was able to get everything taken care of without any hassle. It’s honestly refreshing to have someone who actually cares about helping instead of making you feel like just another customer. Bryce is a great worker and definitely deserves recognition for the way he handled everything.

Excellent experience. Teyler and Justin provided amazing customer service unclogging my kitchen sink. Since they entered the house they were very professional. They even wore protection on their shoes and made sure not to dirty the house. They even provided an excellent cost and were very honest with the service. I will be calling them again to help install my water softener. Good job guys! Thank you

So grateful that Goose and Totally Hooked came out on a weekend to help us out!! I don’t know where’d we’d be without being able to shower/flush and know what’s going on with our system. He explained everything at each step along the way and kept a great attitude and smile on his face the whole time he was here in the hot sun! Couldn’t ask for better service for such a dirty job!
