  Had a great experience with Totally Hooked Plumbing from start to finish. Jayden and Alex in the office were both incredibly helpful and communicative while getting everything coordinated and scheduled. Today, John and Anthony came out and did a stellar job clearing up our plumbing issue. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Really appreciate everyone’s hard work and great customer service throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

  Totally Hooked is by far the best company we have encountered during our failing drain field experience. Every staff member on the phone and in the field has been knowledgeable AND friendly. From the pump out, soil testing, permit process to the in-person quote and scheduling for the last step. the only problem i have is that we didn't call them sooner. Family business providing excellent services. I will provide an update when the drain field is replaced.

  I had a great experience with Ashton from Totally Hooked Plumbing. He was extremely patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He worked efficiently, made sure the job was done right, and left everything in great shape when he finished. It’s hard to find someone so professional and reliable these days. I highly recommend Ashton and Totally Hooked Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

  I was told what i needed and what they would do. When Drake arrived i showed him where the problem was and he got his tools and went to work. cast iron pipe is a pain, but Drake handled the job. even though it took a little longer than expected, everything is back to working the way it is supposed to. Drake did a great job, i would recommend Totally Hooked Plumbing to anyone. thanks again for the great service.

  Thumbs down, never received a permit as requested in order for an inspection to be performed. And was informed I will not receive a permit. To make a long story short, I paid for the permit and received a scheduled inspection “GO FIGURE”.The work was incomplete, failed 3 times by the city also debris was left under the house what a nightmare 😱. Constantly calling the company office because the first crew wasn’t accountable(flat tire) not punctual . Upon arrival crew would work for 2 hours and off to lunch returning at 4pm and knock off @5pm. When the shepherd is not attentive the flock will stray…..Run like your hair is on fire 🔥
