Superior Plumbing was the only plumber I could get ahold of who could go within an hour of my call to find out what was wrong at a tenant's residence. Ashley was great on the phone and Preston was very efficient and professional. They had great follow up and follow through. What was really impressive was that we were in the midst of the effects of Hurricane Isaias to the west and they still had someone come out immediately. They did not charge an outrageous fee for the emergency service either. Under the circumstances of a backing up tub and a toilet not flushing and a mom with a 3 week old new born, a 4yr old and a young teen and whose husband was out of the country it was amazing that Superior was there for all of us! I would highly recommend this company and they have become my new plumber! Thank you Superior Plumbing for superior work and superior employees!

Easy scheduling, plumber (Joe) arrived promptly and took a history of the problem. Photos were taken. Phone calls were made to the supervisor and plans were made for the next step of investigating the problem. We have hope that a solution is near!!

Coupons are worth it. Used a $50 coupon. Bryce was courtesy, kind and well experienced with cleaning out a stubborn drain stoppage. I also scheduled an appointment to get a free estimate on the lining of cast iron sewer pipes. $500 coupon is also available.

I first spoke to a friendly scheduler who had Joe come out the next morning. He was able to quickly fix my issue and get my house in working order. I called two other plumbers out who first could not fix the issue and the other wanted to repipe for $9,000! Joe was great and Superior Plumbing is the only company I trust to work on my house.

Tyler, Logan and John did an outstanding Job Lining the pipes in my old house. Ive been stressing about this project for years and they put my mind at ease! And shout out to Ryan and the rest of the guys for the repipe, my old house didn't make it easy, but these guys were easy to deal with and worked with my schedule. Definitly recommended them! Thanks!
