Mike from Sunshine Foundation Repair was very professional and respectful of my time. He came to my house at the appointed time and made a thorough evaluation of my foundation. Lucky for me, I did not need any foundation repair and Mike was open and honest and answered all of my questions. Mike even stated that I can reach out anytime with any additional questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company and if I end up having foundation issues in the future, they will be the first ones I call.

We had a great experience having Larry come out to provide an estimate for some concrete work. He originally came to look at a driveway repair at my parents house, and while he was there, I asked if he would mind taking a look at some work we’re considering at our house a couple of doors down as well. Even though that wasn’t part of the original appointment, he was more than willing to spend the extra time with us and put together proposals for both projects. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, and he took the time to answer our questions and explain our options. Regardless of what we ultimately decide to do with the projects, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend having him come out if you’re considering concrete work and looking for an estimate.

We needed a yard drainage solution for our yard. We met with Noah and he worked with us to come up with a plan to mitigate the issue. When his team showed up, Bryan, Paul, and Keem were true professionals. They were polite, accommodating, and took their time to listen to our concerns and expectations. These dudes worked hard and our project turned out great. Thank you all for a job well done! If you’re looking for a yard drainage solution, look no further than Sunshine Foundation Repair.

This is will be the first of two reviews as we are having two repair projects done by Sunshine Foundation. We contacted Sunshine Foundation because our concrete driveway is in need of leveling in many areas after 3o years of wear and tear. From our first phone call to the office and until Justin came out to give us an estimate, our part in this was easy and flexible. Justin gave us a breakdown of what services they provide and explained in detail how they would approach each repair. Our first priority was fixing our driveway for appearance and functionality. Currently, there is about a two inch drop from our garage floor to the driveway and it is difficult to pull ithe vehicle in slowly. There are numerous areas that have broken apart and we are looking forward to getting this repaired. During our walk through with Justin, we asked about our foundation as there was some separation with the block foundation. Justin showed us after his inspection that we were dropping down in both front corners of our house and needed to be stabilized. He explained in detail how this was done and we agreed to have this issue as well as our driveway fixed. During the time we had scheduled the projects, we were contacted regularly on scheduling and arrival times to start the project. The crew that came out to fix our foundation did an awesome job keeping us informed from the start and in-between until completed. Dalton, Max, Austin and Aaron worked into the dark an utilized head lamps to finish the project. They were considerate of our property and landscaping during the work and clean up was done efficiently. Aaron and Dalton finalized walking the property and they made sure we were good to go with our final approval before leaving. The whole crew did a fantastic job and we are looking forward to our driveway repair next week. Thank you Sunshine Foundation!!!
