  One side of my patio had a couple large cracks and the end had sunken into the ground. Shane arrived to level and repair. He went over the process and got to work. He was able to lift that side of the patio about 4" to bring it back in line with post pad and stabilized the rest of the patio. Shane did a great job and I am very pleased with the result.

  Miguel, Eddy, Jhon and Hunter, were just awesome!! Each of them had incredible work ethic! Miguel was very friendly, professional and kept us informed as to what they were doing and what stage in the process they were at the end of each day!! They cleaned up at the end of the day also. We were very impressed with not only the crew but the end result!!

  The team of Paul, David and Keem led by Bryan did a fantastic job installing French drains and downspout drains in a backyard after we installed a large paver patio. Team was punctual, worked efficiently and respected our yard. At the end of each day or when a major component was complete they walked me through to ensure it was exactly what I asked for. Would absolutely have that team back when/if I need work and would highly recommend Noah and the team at Sunshine Foundation repair. Thank you!

  We highly recommend Sunshine Foundation Repair. From the initial inspection and consultation with Justin, all the way through the prep, installation and clean up with foreman Josh and his crew Kenny and David, it was clear this was a company who took care to hire and train a qualified team with the expertise and experience we needed. They were excellent at explaining every detail of the work they were performing and it was evident they took personal pride in doing an outstanding job. Josh’s team worked hard under extreme conditions, all the while minimizing any disruptions to us or our home. We are completely satisfied with the finished product!

  We scheduled an appt because the home we purchased has a low area adjacent to our FL Room allowing flooding during heavy rain. Larry made it to the appt early and got right to work. Larry is extremely knowledgeable in his field and in less than an hour, provided me with a very reasonable quote containing a complete solution to our water intrusion issue. I will follow up after completion. So far, I can say comfortably I recommend giving Sunshine Foundation. Repair a call if experiencing flooding issues! More to follow.
