  Larry was great. Very knowledgeable, explaining the entire process of identifying and leveling the areas that need attention. This visit was just for a quote and explanation of work needed. Will update should we decide to go with this service.

  Miguel, Eddy, and Jhon did an absolutely fantastic job fixing my pool deck drainage problem! They were incredibly professional, efficient, and careful with the work. The team resolved the drainage issues perfectly, leaving the area looking great and safe again.   Salesman (Justin) presented an on-time solution to my drainage problems with a fair and reasonable price. The crew (Miguel, Eddy, and John) showed-up on time ready to work and stayed with the job until complete. Professional, thorough, courteous throughout. Drain installation and clean-up were meticulous. Well done and thanks!

  Mike from Sunshine Foundation has been excellent to work with. He understands the job that needs to get done, presents the solution, and walks you through the foundation repair option that is proposed. Mike knows his stuff, responds diligently, and has never made me feel like I am in the dark or alone in fixing my foundation. When you have a foundation that has issues, having a good team to solve that issue is imperative, and Sunshine Foundation and Mike are good members of that team.

  I recently had a new gunite pool with a foundation installed and called Sunshine Foundation Repair to come and evaluate the surrounding yard and concrete foundation for drainage around the foundation and yard drainage from large roof gutter run off. We met a few days later and their representative ,Justin Yerina,did an in depth evaluation and estimate. He explained everything in detail and had a printed yard schematic drainage plan with dimensions within the hour for our review. His expertise and professionalism was impressive. The price for our project was fair considering how labor intense and extensive the job would be. We put down our deposit and the office called to schedule us in the very near future. The office called to confirm our schedule appointment the week prior and our job foreman Bryan called the morning of to tell us he would arrive at 9:30 am. Our work crew Bryan, Paul, and Michael arrived and introduced themselves with smiles and handshakes. They encouraged us to ask as many questions as we needed to and to come and look at what they were doing anytime. The job took two days and the weather was rather brutal from the rain, heat and humidity. Everything was done to perfection! Bryan, Paul and Michael worked so hard and were always professional and kind. I do not have enough good things to say about each and every one of them. They did an amazing job! Everything went smoothly despite it being a very dirty and labor intense job; they kept it very clean and organized. The end results were outstanding. Kudos to Bryan, Paul, and Michael for a job well done. I highly recommend them. Thank you to Sunshine Foundation Repair and the entire organization. Noreen Roubian
