  I had the opportunity to interact with Sean and Allie from SEC Roofing as part of my recent residential roofing project of approx. ~5,000 sq.ft roof area. Since I did not qualify for an insurance claim and I have to replace the roof at retail at my cost, I did additional diligence with 5 roofing companies to ensure that I got a fair price without compromising on quality, etc. Of the 5 roofing companies that I interacted with, I was most impressed with SEC roofing - right from the initial interaction with Allie for setting up the inspection, and the interactions thereafter with the owner Sean for inspection, proposal, subsequent follow ups, etc, the entire process was handled with utmost professionalism. Of the 5 proposals that I got, SEC's was the most detailed and comprehensive, and equally competitive as well. I had numerous follow up questions, and Sean responded patiently to each in detail, the pros and cons, including getting additional clarifications that I needed from the shingle supplier as well as the manufacturer since the shingle I chose was not widely installed in the Jax area. I would highly recommend SEC Roofing to my friends and family.

  Amazing people and company. Evaluated 4 other companies and went with SEC. Will answer every question you have. Are always friendly and will address anything no matter how small if it relates to the roof and the work they do. Everyone I worked with on phone, in person, and in email were just the best. They made a horrible experience and amazing one. Could not ask for better people and company. I cannot express how grateful and happy I am 😊

  Mr. Wilbanks is a true professional who stands above all others in the field. I moved to NE Florida from S Florida where I replaced a roof with a well advertised firm that I had to fight with to get them to complete my roof. Mr. Wilbanks not only gave me a fair price, he followed up with answers to my many questions and had his crew of workers at our home on the agreed date and time. The workers did their jobs well and cleaned up after themselves. Mr. Wilbanks followed up with me to ensure I was happy with how his workers performed and the my beautiful new roof. I can't thank him enough and if there was a star scale on here I would give him and his company ten stars. VMR
