  I recently contracted RestoPros of Northeast Florida to perform cleanup and mold remediation following the living room plaster ceiling collapse at my 1947 lakefront home in Jacksonville, Florida. Ivan, RestoPros’ estimator and project manager, met with me personally, prepared the estimate, supervised every aspect of the project, and worked alongside his crew throughout the job. With more than 20 years of experience in restoration as both a tradesman and project manager, Ivan’s knowledge and professionalism were evident from the outset. Equally important, he is an excellent communicator, dependable, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. He consistently followed through on everything he promised—and even went beyond my expectations. He is also personable, approachable, and simply a pleasure to work with. Ivan is someone who does what he promises—and then goes beyond what you expect. I would also like to recognize Ivan’s two crew members, Noah and Justen. They were courteous, respectful, hardworking, and thorough. The project took three days to complete, and throughout the entire process they demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine pride in their work. The crew removed all remaining damaged plaster, cleaned up every bit of debris, and left the area properly prepared for future ceiling reconstruction. They also performed mold remediation on the exposed ceiling joists in the attic area and, as an unexpected courtesy, treated all of the kitchen cabinets and drawers at no additional charge. The cabinets looked refreshed and even smelled noticeably cleaner afterward. I would also like to thank Lina in the office. She was consistently pleasant, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed information. Good communication makes a significant difference on projects like this, and she was outstanding. From beginning to end, my experience with RestoPros of Northeast Florida was excellent. Their professionalism, integrity, communication, and workmanship gave me confidence throughout the project. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of restoration, cleanup, or mold remediation services.

  Ivan and his team at Restopros did a wonderful job for us with a remediation project we had! He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. His care and concern for quality work and the health of our family is evident through his effort in inspecting/estimating and executing the project. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else if the need arises in the future for their services. Thank you Restopros, Ivan, Justin and Noah!

  Ivan was very professional. Super polite and I felt so comfortable with him in my home. He was very clean and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone because Ivan went above and beyond to make sure everything was dealt with efficiently and properly. Ivan deserves a raise!

  The RestPro pros were just what the 'house doctor' ordered. Ours is an above grade home, and the damage was water in the encapsulated crawl space. Another company came out and did NOT put on tyvek suit to inspect the damage, but did manage to give a very expensive estimate sight unseen. RestPro was professional. The office manager lined up a crew to inspect the damage quickly. RestPro were also recommended by a person we trust at Alpha Foundations (ask for Alex if you need encapsulation). RestPro did put on tyvek suits, went into the crawl space, inspected the damages, and were able to give an intelligent estimate. They were also able to recommend a most excellent plumber to fix the leak causing damage. RestPro then cleaned up the leftover mess including removal of water & sewage, sanitized the area, and ensured there was no damage to the structural integrity of beams and subfloors. They even helped change out the batteries of the remote temperature & humidity monitor under the house. The final bill was a bit less than the estimate. Based on all the equipment in the truck, there are many other damage issues they can fix. We highly recommend RestPro.
