  Piter D. came by our house after we called saying our home was feeling humid. He was very thorough and informative, taking moisture measurements all around the house. He ended up adjusting our system to allow it to remove more humidity and gave us some tips for the future. So grateful the fixes worked! He was quick and professional; would recommend this company!!

  Mitchell was a pleasure to meet. He seemed to know what he’s talking about, well educated, doesn’t speak too quickly, easy to follow along with and doesn’t work ‘too quickly’. Works at a good pace to ensure everything is done properly but doesn’t milk the clock type style work. The experience is worth it. great work Mitchell.

  Dustin W. came out to take a look at my unit. The day before the fan was running, but the house wasn’t cooling…instead it was increasing in temp when I decreased the thermostat. He did a thorough inspection and everything was running as it should. He explained things in simple terms making it easy to understand.

  They installed my new construction hvac and ductwork! It has been a nightmare! Between sweating boxes causing mold in attic and inside walls. The ductwork piled up on each other. They have come to my homes many times saying they can’t find anything. I hired an inspector a few times who keeps finding issues that keep coming back. The AC drain flushes out randomly, but doesn’t drip continuously. Obviously a clog. Before purchasing home the ac drain line leaked out in lower attic of lanai causing damage. Maybe another clog or the same one I have repeatedly complained about with four reps since August. The ecobee says poor every night. The house smells bad. So reoccurring issues. Almost a year of not being able to live in my home like normal. Our subdivision used them and a lot of neighbors complaining of the same issues. High humidity, ac issues, ductwork issues and poor air quality. When our year is up going with a reliable company!! This one doesn’t know how to install and repair! Thank you Tina for wasting my time. I own my home not the builder who I can’t get help unless my builder approves. But it cancels out of if I hire someone else to work on my hvac, right! To have my ac actually cool and system to actually dehumidify??? Absolutely a nightmare for accountability and to get it fixed!! Don’t use them!!! St. John’s county, St. John’s Rivertown
