- AAAhmad Abuznaid5 days ago1.0The employee at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I visited this store because I live in the area, but I was shocked by the poor customer service. I arrived close to closing time, and all I wanted was to get a price for a light fixture that I really liked. The employee refused to give me the price, even though it would have taken only a moment and would not have delayed her in any way. Her attitude and facial expressions made me feel completely unwelcome as a customer. I recently purchased a new house and was genuinely considering buying products from this store for my home renovation. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my mind. Customer service matters, especially when a business wants to attract new customers. I will not be returning, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store to anyone. It is disappointing to see a business lose a potential customer simply because of an employee’s poor attitude. I know now why this business sloooow
- ALAngelica LoweAug 5, 20261.0Without a doubt, the rudest employees (female) at the counter. Too busy doing nothing but talking to wait on me or listen to what I was asking. Automatically said no. I live in Avondale and want to support local businesses—however, I’ll never use Ray Ware. Lowe’s or Home Depot it will be.
