  Rafael Inc (specifically Nick - Project manager) did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. I am one that wants to be kept in the loop at all times. Nick did just that. I knew when trades were going to be there and what trades were coming. I was informed of delays and progress. Nick was very responsive to my questions and concerns and responded by all means available - phone calls, text and emails. Nick made trips to suppliers to pick up materials that I had ordered and delivered them to the job site. I am retired military and can be extremely nit picky and detail oriented. I was very pleased with the work ethics of the tradesmen and punctuality as well. I highly recommend using Rafael Inc for large and small projects.

  Rafael Inc did a wonderful job with my kitchen remodel. Everything from the  project management and sales process was very good. I would most definitely recommend Rafael Inc to anyone in search of any renovation projects!

  We had a great experience with Nick and the Rafael team, and we love our new kitchen! Albert's work in particular was very high quality. Nick was super organized and communicative throughout the various phases of the project. We always knew what to expect; who would be here and when. Nick was courteous, professional, and very resourceful in creating solutions when challenges arose. He's a gem! We highly recommend Rafael.

  Hired Rafael design of Jacksonville to remodel my bathrooms on June 2020. It is March 2021 and I am still waiting for them to finish my bathrooms. They started one of my bathrooms and it still needs lots of work to completed. My other bathroom has not been started. All I get are excuses for not getting the work done. They are not professional and they don’t follow up. I am tired of waiting on them as they continue to ignored me. I am taken the action against.

  The salesman came and quoted a price range of $5-15k for my project. I paid $1500 as a “design fee” to have an engineer come out and make drawings. The actual proposal was $55k, more than 10x the lower range quoted to get me to sign up. Trouble is, you don’t even get access to the blueprints despite paying $1500, since they claim they are “in house” and proprietary, and so you can’t even use them to get other estimates.
