  We faced a few challenges along the way, but Crystal always made me feel like she genuinely wanted me to be happy and worked hard to find solutions. I really appreciated that and look forward to working with Mercury Carpet & Flooring again.

  Highly recommend! We had all of the carpet and tile on our first floor replaced with LVP. Our experience with Michael and the Mercury Carpet & Flooring team was amazing. They did a great job, started and finished on schedule, kept our house as clean as possible and handled everything with care. We had a very minor issue after completion and it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Michael was patient and thorough in helping us pick the flooring that we absolutely love and even came by before the job started to ensure all materials were delivered and took the time to lay out the tile in the foyer to ensure we would be happy with its placement. They were not the least expensive of the estimates we got but did the most complete job, addressing every detail and leaving nothing undone. We would use them again without hesitation.

  Loved working with John and Mercury Carpets! We received a prompt in-home consult and helpful guidance making in-store selections. They suggested taking home the flooring samples to really see the choices in various lighting which allowed for a confident purchase. They made ordering and scheduling install a breeze. Install team was experienced, efficient, and friendly. They even made my kids cute fish shapes with the left over carpet pieces. Will definitely be using again for any flooring needs!

  Working with Mercury Carpet and Flooring was a pleasure. The showroom is large and organized with many options. John was extremely knowledgeable and made the decision making process easy. The installation team, Ed and partner, were fantastic. They were on time, respectful of my home and the finished product was perfect. I would strongly recommend Mercury Carpet and Flooring.
