  A BIG SHOUT OUT TO LIFETIME ENCLOSURES!! We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new addition to our pool area - a covered enclosure with an outdoor kitchen! It has completely transformed our outdoor space and gives us the perfect place to relax, entertain, and enjoy time with family and friends.   I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than a year of dealing with Lifetime Enclosures, I feel obligated to share my experience so others know what they may be getting into. To be quite honest one star is far to many for this company. We were informed on October 23, 2025 that the engineering for our project had been completed and that we were moving into the permitting phase. Once the permit was issued, I expected construction to move forward at a reasonable pace. Instead, months later, the only work completed has been a concrete slab for approximately 500 square feet. Even that process took roughly two weeks and initially required two inspectors to come out, because they call for the wrong inspection the first time and had to call again to have the correct formwork inspection completed. Communication has been one of the biggest frustrations throughout this project. We receive little to no proactive information about scheduling or project status. We often have to reach out ourselves just to find out what is happening, and even then the answers are vague. To make matters worse, the project manager recently informed us that the original design failed to account for a support post that would obstruct one of our existing windows. While he came out to discuss a solution, I was shocked to learn that as of July 13, 2026, the doors and windows had not even been ordered. At that point, we were then told manufacturing would still require another 4 to 6 weeks, despite the permit having been issued months earlier. Selecting flooring has been another disappointing experience. We requested a specific tile and provided detailed information, including who to contact and where to see the product. After multiple follow-ups on our part just to get someone to begin sourcing it, we were eventually told the tile had been discontinued. Rather than helping us identify comparable alternatives, we were essentially told that if we didn't like the options they provided, it was our responsibility to locate a replacement ourselves and send them the manufacturer and product information so they could "do what they can" to obtain it. After waiting this long, that level of customer service is unacceptable. The entire process has been disorganized, poorly communicated, and unnecessarily stressful. More than a year after beginning this project, our backyard remains a construction zone, and all we have to show for it is a concrete slab. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lifetime Enclosures. If you are considering hiring them, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about scheduling, communication expectations, material procurement, and project management before signing a contract.

  pool screen had a big rip from a football spiral gone wrong tech fixed it and joked he used to play quarterback so no hard feelings

  The construction was excellent. The communication regarding when they would be there & when not, etc. was poor.
