  We had a broken AC and needed a repair fast. Lickety Split AC, Plumbing and Electric provided same day service, arrived quickly and fixed our system. Oscar P was courteous and explained the HVAC service clearly. The technician was professional and got everything working again. We appreciated the quick, reliable service and will definitely call them again for any air conditioner repair.was told the tech would arrive between 1-3pm. Got a call around 1 to say the tech would be there I. 25 mins.. he was… I was actually expecting to be told it would be about a 2 day wait not only did they make a same day appointment after some discussion I decided to replace the entire unit… they came out to replace the unit…. Same Day!!!! and this decision was made around 230-3pm. They made getting an unexpected $14k bill virtually stress free.anything I need that they do they will get my business.

  Absolutely a joke of a company. Tried to get my grandparents to buy a 50,000$ system for their house and their elderly! Came to see what’s going on after I got off work and they were shook up by how the reps were almost forcing them to sign a 50,000$ financial agreement and was getting mad at the fact they wanted to consult with me first. They came out and they told them the system was “shot” and needed to be replaced all around. I looked at the t-stop float. It was flooded with condensation and wasn’t allowing the system to run due to the float being raised. I shop-Vacced the water out the line and put it back together and the system was running cold within 5-7 mins. A key thing to look for with this raggedy company is the owner is trying to change the company name and is doing a DBA (Doing business as) change on sunbiz. Keep up with this company. For this owner needs to be put out of business for trying to get over on the elderly. The only reason this company had 4.8 stars in google is because of paid reviews. Their fake. And the more you look into the background of this company ( like on Angie’s list, yelp, Reddit) you’ll understand everything.

  Fast, friendly, same day service in St Augustine. The technician arrived early, diagnosed the in-slab sewer blockage problem quickly and had it working again in under 20 minutes. Matthew Hahn was our technician and we received the best customer service ever. In today’s times, it’s hard to find friendly, super knowledgeable and efficient help. While a bit pricey for the additional service of “jetting out” the sewer line, it removed all three blockages and cleaned the entire sewer line of all older debris; this helps prevent future potential blockages from forming and pricey return trips. A service well worth the money for the longer term. We were impressed with the professionalism and clear explanations. Highly recommend Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric for any hvac repair or plumbing needs.

  From the first call to the finished repair, everything was seamless. The technician arrived same day for our emergency air conditione repair and we appreciated the near me convenience. He was courteous, explained the issue, and got the unit running again quickly. We love that they serve both Jacksonville and St Augustine, so we feel covered wherever we are. The entire hvac service was professional and efficient. Highly recommend Lickety Split AC, Plumbing and Electric for anyone needing reliable air conditioner repair. The Customer Service from the time you call to make an appointment (Huge Shout-Out to Angela!) to the technician (Sergio is knowledgeable, communicates efficiently and ensures you are aware of any concerns that he found)...   Giving 2 stars because the initial service was good. Called because I had a backup in my kitchen sink that couldn’t be snaked. They found out I had a septic system I never knew about which helped me out and we got it pumped. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they said the drain field would need to be replaced for $20k and my drain pipes would all need to be replaced for an additional $16k. I told them I wanted a second opinion and I haven’t heard from them since, they didn’t even bother to send me the estimate for the job. Had Rolland Reash come out and we were able to work out that the main issue was a lateral line coming from my kitchen sink that needed to be replaced for a fraction of the cost. Lickety split didn’t bother to diagnose the actual problem and just jumped to a full replacement. They also left the septic tank cover lids loose and the system still dug up. Thankful that I wasn’t a victim of lickety split.
