  We had a really good experience with Ideal Conditions Heating & Air Conditioning! Our AC was struggling with the Florida heat and humidity, and it turned out the drain line was badly clogged and couldn’t keep up. What stood out most was that they didn’t try to push a new AC unit on us. They took the time to find the real issue and got our system working again. It honestly felt like they cared more about fixing the problem and helping extend the life of our current unit than selling us something we didn’t need. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, didn’t pressure us at all, and cleaned up before they left. Just a straightforward, professional experience. It’s also nice knowing they’re family- and veteran-owned. We’ll definitely call them again if we need anything and would recommend them to others looking for honest HVAC service.

  We were having problems with mold We were having problems finding anyone that felt trustworthy called this office They were very polite and professional Mike Eagle came out and diagnosed the problem. He also found issues with our filter dryer. Joshua.came out. Did all the repairs even though it took most of the evening ending it around 12am Most people would have blown it off and said they'd have to come back. Joshua, what did it complete job and we're very happy with the results We will be using this company from now on

  We were looking for an estimate for a new AC system so I had few companies come out. Tom from Ideal Conditions came out to my home in Orange Park. No sales person or fast talking gimmicks. They were the only company that the actual owner came out. He was very friendly and instead of just selling us a new unit he checked it out to see if it actually needed a new unit. He was here for about 45 minutes showing me things and talking to me about my system, where the other guys were in and out in minutes. He gave us plenty of options and told me all about the installation process. It really helped make a very informed decision. Thank you to Tom and his team at Ideal Conditions, we won’t use anyone else moving forward.

  I have been a customer of Ideal Conditions since 2019, and I couldn't be happier with their service. My family has trusted them as well, and we've all had new A/C units installed by their team. This past weekend, I had an issue with my system and called their after-hours line. They responded almost immediately and patiently walked me through a few troubleshooting steps before even heading out. Thankfully, those steps solved the problem, but for my own peace of mind, I called Monday morning and asked if someone could inspect the unit. To my surprise, the owner himself came out. He performed a thorough, top-to-bottom inspection of my system and took the time to explain everything. There was no pressure, no unnecessary repairs, no upselling, and no surprise charges—just honest service and the reassurance that my family would have reliable air conditioning during a week with a Florida heat index of 111 degrees. That level of integrity is why I continue to recommend Ideal Conditions to friends and family. As a family-owned, veteran-owned, and veteran-supporting business, they truly care about their customers. Every technician who has come to my home has been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. I have never felt pressured to spend money on services or repairs that weren't needed. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers honest work, exceptional customer service, and genuine care for its customers.   From potential thousands to $99. So grateful!! I’m very pregnant and scheduled to have a c-section on Tuesday. Our AC quit working on us Saturday evening, we put in a request for a quote on a new AC since ours is 15 years old and has been having issues. Ideal Conditions was able to send their Technician Mikael out Sunday morning. Mikael was very kind and helpful. Out of the three companies we reached out to they were the only ones who could come right away. Instead of writing up a quote right away, Mikael tried to unclog our drain line to offer some relief until we could make a decision about the AC unit. When he couldn’t get the clog he called the owner of the company and they both worked on our unit until it was working again. They flushed the clog, added refrigerant and cleaned the outside unit.The owner explained to us that we did not need a new unit right away and that they were happy to help us maintain the unit until we were ready to purchase a new one. No one tried to sell us anything. I’m sitting in a cooled house now Sunday afternoon because they treated us like family! They didn’t charge us for all that they did but offered us a maintenance plan for $99 per year which we gladly accepted! Our unit is still very old and will likely need replacing later this year but they gave us the gift of time to figure out what we want and when. 100% recommend. I won’t be calling anyone else from now on.
