We had a 20 year old system replaced by Ideal Conditions Heating &Air Conditions. This company is professional and customer centered from top down. Tom, the owner came to my house and explained his buisness. We decided to go with their services as we had interviewed 3-4 other companies. We discussed an install date and, Kevin and James showed up on time and were very professional. They kept the area clean the entire time and was always eager to answer any questions we had during installation. After the project was completed, they took time to explain all they had done, how the system operates as well as any next steps. Kevin and James were truly a great representation of this outstanding company.

Mr. Barrazo really knows his stuff!!! He is polite, well mannered, and courteous. If ever I have another issue with this air conditioning system I definitely will ask for Kevin EXCLAMATION POINT. Kevin took good care and concern because he was knowledgeable about his career choice. Thanks again for sending someone who knows what they're doing!!!

I’ve been very pleased with Ideal Conditions Heating & Air Conditioning. From the installation of my new Trane system to their ongoing service, they have been attentive, professional, and always willing to help. Ethan recently came out when I had an issue with my system, and he was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy before he left. I really appreciate the way Ideal Conditions takes care of their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable HVAC company.

I highly recommend Ideal Conditions. Thomas came out to help me with a humidity problem in my home, and I was extremely impressed with the experience. He took the time to inspect my HVAC system and ductwork, explain what was happening, and educate me on the different options. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no attempt to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs. Instead, Thomas recommended a relatively simple solution that he believes will address the humidity issue without requiring major work to the system. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely considerate of my situation. I also found out that Thomas is a fellow Marine, which gave us something in common and made the experience that much more enjoyable. It is always nice to find a locally owned company where you feel like the person who shows up is more interested in solving your problem than selling you something. Overall, I would gladly recommend Ideal Conditions.
