  We called Ideal Conditions because our A/C wasn’t keeping up with our thermostat setting. Mike Eagle came out the same day and found the problem. It wasn’t long before he was giving my husband and I many available options. He fixed the problem with the solution that we think is best for us and our family. We appreciated that he took the time to talk with us every step of the way, explaining everything he was doing during the whole process and answering any questions we had. I’m sure in the next few years we will need a new AC and because of Mike Eagle and the wonderful experience, we will be calling Ideal Conditions when it’s time for that new unit- Did I mention they have 0% interest for 5 years?? We will be taking advantage of that great deal in the future!! Thanks so much Ideal Conditions!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ideal Conditions is outstanding! I have a relatively rare geothermal closed-loop HVAC system at my home in St. Augustine Beach. While it is has been very reliable for years, it suddenly stopped cooling one day. Before contacting Ideal Conditions, I had two other HVAC companies evaluate the issue. Neither was truly familiar with this geothermal technology, and both arrived at incorrect diagnoses that would have resulted in significant unnecessary expense, wasted time, and ultimately not resolved the core problem. Despite an extremely busy schedule, the owner Tom personally came out from Jacksonville on short notice to help. His expertise was immediately apparent. After a thorough evaluation, he correctly identified the problem as a faulty circuit board. He was able to bypass the failed component and restore my system to full operation in less than an hour. What impressed me most was not only Tom’s exceptional technical knowledge, but also his honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Rather than recommending costly repairs or replacement work that wasn’t needed, he quickly found the true root cause and provided a practical, cost-effective solution. If you have a geothermal HVAC system—or any HVAC issue for that matter—I would strongly encourage you to call Ideal Conditions first. Tom and his team possess a level of expertise that is difficult to find, and their commitment to doing what’s right for the customer is refreshing. Ideal Conditions has earned my trust and will be my provider for all HVAC service and maintenance needs going forward.

  Mr. Tom Massey, owner of Ideal Conditions. Came to us in the middle of the night to help us with our air conditioning. He didn’t have us wait until morning, he came as soon as possible and quickly diagnosed our faulty unit. Not only did he quickly solve our issues of a hot house with no A/C running, he showed us how much knowledge he has of the system itself and taught us how to diagnose common problems. Mr. Tom also provides educational videos with breakdowns on air conditioning units throughout his YouTube channel. Providing both lectures and in the field work. Mr. Tom is also a marine veteran, very polite, to the point, and didn’t have us breaking the bank for a repair or try to up sale us on parts or different equipment. I will continue to use ideal conditions because they are not just repair men, they are trained professionals who care for people in the Jacksonville community. Ideal conditions will go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable in your home. I highly recommend ideal conditions and I highly recommend Tom Massey. If I could give more stars for this review I would. If you’re having A/C issues go with Ideal Conditions !!

  If I could give more than five stars I would! Our AC Unit went out over a three day holiday weekend about the worst thing possible with family and friends coming into town and temperatures pushing 90+ degrees. On top of that we live on the far west side of Jacksonville, in Whitehouse so I was honestly worried about how quickly we’d be able to get assistance. This is where Ideal Conditions Heating and Air Conditioning completely exceeded all expectations. The owner Tom Massey personally stepped in over the holiday weekend and made the trip out to us. He didn’t Just do a quick check he took time to troubleshoot and get our system up and running temporarily so we could stay comfortable through the weekend. That level of effort, especially during the holiday really speaks volumes about his dedication and commitment to his customers. Then first thing Tuesday morning, their technician returned with the parts needed to properly repair the unit and had everything fixed quickly and efficiently. The entire process from the emergency weekend support to the final repair was handled with professionalism care and genuine focus on customer service. It is rare to find a company that shows this kind of responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. We are incredibly grateful and can’t recommend Ideal Conditions Heating and Air conditioning enough.

  Hello everybody thats looking for an AC company, please give Ideal Conditions Heating and Air a try. Me and my Grandpa were trying to DIY fix my AC, when we tried everything and knew we had to call a company. It was 8:30pm when i was google searching good local AC companies and I found them. I give the number a call and explain my issues to the receptionist (not expecting a response until the morning) not kidding a minute later i get a callback from Mr. Tom Massey the owner who said he heard my situation and he wanted to help me out. I told him about my situation and he was more than willing to help and work with me. He came out early next day and got to work explaining every step and part he worked on. Not too long after he started, it started to pour an that’s when i thought he would pause and comeback the next day, but he was undeterred and got the job completed. Before i stumbled on to this great company I called around and couldnt find anyone who wouldnt charge an arm and a leg to just come out and diagnose the problem. This company is a lifesaver and a money saver. I’ll never call another company again, from everything I seen and heard these guys are vets from the same communities as us (Northside of Jacksonville). I don’t really leave reviews but the service and as long as it took me to find this company should be criminal. So me and my family are very thankful for Mr. Massey and the whole Ideal conditions staff.
