  I wanted to have hardwood flooring in my family room refinished if possible, but it was older flooring with several worn areas and an area that was slightly uneven. I was planning to get more than one estimate and called Handy Andy first based on their reviews, A+ BBB rating and membership in the National Wood Flooring Association, which to me suggested that they were a business that did quality work. Andy Vehovec came and felt that the floor could be successfully refinished although of course we wouldn’t know for sure until his crew got started. He explained the process and answered all my questions. I try to hire locally owned family businesses whenever possible and felt so comfortable based on our interaction that I didn’t get any more estimates The crew that did the floor was very professional. They arrived on schedule, did a great job prepping and worked quickly and efficiently. The crew chief explained all the options in detail and the stain and finish we decided on matched my other floors remarkably well. When the floor was dry enough they replaced the baseboard molding and did a very thorough cleanup. I am very happy with the final results and with the the commitment to quality work exhibited by the entire team

  This company installed my bleached wood oak floors in my new home in 2019, refinished an oak stair case to match and most recently repaired some wood that sustained pet damage over time. They take care not to push dust in your home and have the skill to install perfectly. They have great workers. There is also a follow up from a supervisor to inspect the work. I highly recommend this company for wood floor installation.

  From the moment we meet this organization, we have been nothing but pleased. All of their sales people, schedulers , and installers. Everyone of them went out of their way to help us make the right decisions and now we have two beautiful bedrooms, all carpeted by Handyandyflooring!! Thank you so much!

  We used Andy and his team to install over 1400SF of vinyl flooring. Initially, I had planned to do the work myself, but I’m glad I called Andy. After seeing the (firsthand) the skills needed to do the job and have it look awesome! I surely would not have had the same results as I do while using Andy and his team. The team showed up on time, communicated what they needed and that was it. Also Andy has been great fielding my questions as they arises even after our business transaction has closed. Thanks Again!

  Always professional, courteous, informative and crafty, the team at Handy Andy are second to none! Well versed in all aspects of flooring including sales, installation, sand and finish and repairs, if your looking for engineered or solid wood, pre-finished, un-finished, glue or nail down, L.V.P. and more, if your shopping somewhere else then you are making a big mistake!!
