  Great Company! First if I could give a 10 star l would because they are deserving. Shawn thank you for all your hard work and always being so kind and caring. Shawn always shows soo much care and kindness whenever l call the office. She always goes above and beyond for her customer's. Thank you Andrew for all your hard work and very caring and kind personality. Brad is outstanding at getting the right system for your house. Brad has always been kind and caring. This Great Company gives you service like you could get years ago now days you don't find a company like this very often. The water system they installed for me is a Great system l absolutely love it. The best system out there in my opinion made very well and does excellent job. You guys are all a blessing. Thank you very much for all your help.

  The owner – Brad is great communicator and specializes in understanding each customer's need. One of the few companies I have encountered in Florida that care about their customer's needs. The technician that served us was 10/10 very professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

  We had an excellent experience with Florida Water Technologies from start to finish. Brad came to our home and gave a very informative presentation without any pressure. Like many other reviewers mentioned, we received multiple quotes, and Brad offered the most competitive pricing by far. Even better, they had availability to install our system the very next day. Our installer, Tim, did a fantastic job with the installation and took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked before leaving. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The only small hiccup was that we moved so quickly with signing and installation that our matching RO faucet had not arrived yet. Brad immediately reassured us it was no problem at all. He kindly installed a temporary faucet and offered to come back and install the new one once it’s delivered. Great customer service, competitive pricing, professional installation, and an awesome product — we noticed a difference after the very first shower! Highly recommend Florida Water Technologies!
