We just moved from Miami to Jacksonville last year and we’ve dealt with worse softener companies like rain, soft that destroyed our perception of the system, but ever since the owner of Florida water technologies came to our house in Jacksonville mind you we have a well in Jacksonville where in Miami, we just have chlorine water coming from the city not a bigger system you think is much simpler where rain soft failed completely, where Florida water and technology came, gave us an amazing quote. The owner came in the test. They have a lot of faith in their system and in their technicians install date amazing they listen and they do an outstanding work Steph just coming and dropping a system into your backyard. They listened to the Customer in actually assist routed the main line of water to the garage where the main system is amazing now we don’t have to worry about a freeze happening or the sun affecting our system in this system been working all year round with no hiccups no hiccups. I wish I knew about this company or they serviced Miami because they changed Perception on what a word softener company should be definitely will recommend if I could give them 10 stars I would and this is just a year round. We just had the maintenance guy come outstanding guy. Definitely a company to trust in your home.

The owner – Brad is great communicator and specializes in understanding each customer's need. One of the few companies I have encountered in Florida that care about their customer's needs. The technician that served us was 10/10 very professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs.
