  5 star, more like 1 star. Tried to schedule an estimate with them and never showed up. They called to confirm the appointment and hour before, they confirmed the address. They did not show up at the appointment time. I waited 20 min before I called them to find out what was going on. i got a call back from the office staff and they said Roy was there, but it looked like we were just getting home. Which was a lie. He never knocked on my door nor called me. what makes if worse is I work from home. so I am always home. They waisted my time, then they lied to me.

  I elected to do business with Five Star Floors, LLC, after they were recommended to me. I informed the office staff what I wanted done, which was to paint the interior walls and inside trim of my house, along with installing flooring in two rooms. We agreed on a price. I hired them to do the job. Once the work was done, I received a call from Kim, one of the office staff representatives stating that they had miscalculated my invoice and that I had an additional $1,000.00 that was due upon completion of my work. I disputed the additional charges and requested to speak with the owner. When I did speak with the owner about the additional charges he did agree with their error. When the work was completed I had other concerns about the completed work. I called the office and again spoke with the owner. While speaking with the owner he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He would not allow me to express my concerns, then abruptly hung the phone up on me. I immediately called back and no one would answer. I feel very disrespected and unappreciated as a customer, by the owner of this company. This is very unfair customer treatment. There work is good, however if you have any disputes with the owner, he will become defensive with customers immediately. His conduct and professionalism is very poor.

  Working with this company was pretty seamless from start to finish. They came by quickly to offer a free estimate. Their pricing was some of the best in the Jax area. Did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and stuck to exactly what I asked for. Their showroom staff was nice and professional helping me along the process. The flooring professionals worked so fast and did a fantastic job. A few hiccups along the way, but it all ended up beautifully and I would recommend them for your flooring needs.

  This has been such a pleasant experience working with Roy and his team. He has such an exceptional group of employees. Everyone was super friendly, patient, knowledgeable and showed such a willingness to help. The quality of the work is top tier and I am beyond pleased with my flooring!

  I hired this company about 6 months ago. They had the best price from around 3 or 4 companies I contacted. Recently I found a wood plank was popping outa little bit. I gave them a call and within a week they had guys here fixing the problem, under their workmanship warranty.
