  Never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I confirmed the appointment via text on the link provided by the company also via text. After calling to inquire if they were going to come, 45 minutes later, a rude person answered my call stating that several calls were made to me that morning for me to provide photos of the work that I wanted done. I stated that I had not received any calls - which I hadn’t - the morning of the appointment and I asked why I was being called anyway. I had already confirmed my appointment via text link. Rude person said that if I wanted them to do the job I would need to answer their calls. I never received any calls. He was driving and he couldn’t really assist other than calling the person that was supposed to show up. I finally connected with the person who was supposed to come and at that point I decided to just move on elsewhere. I was referred by Angi. Very upsetting as I had trust in the services provided by Angi.

  Terrible experience. Hired them to install floors in my house. My scheduled window was between 8:30am and 11:30am. The installer finally arrived at 6:30pm. If you value your time, choose a different company

  No matter the size of the project they get the job done and the price is right but the service is even better so worth it. Thank you guys!
