  I hired this company about 6 months ago. They had the best price from around 3 or 4 companies I contacted. Recently I found a wood plank was popping outa little bit. I gave them a call and within a week they had guys here fixing the problem, under their workmanship warranty.

  Irving and his team were great! Installation was done smoothly and quickly. Our floors turned out amazing we are very happy with the product and service.

  We had LVP and carpet installed. From the estimate through the entire installation process, we could not have asked for better service. Megan in the office was always very prompt in getting back to us with any concerns. Gonzalo and Daneil were the LVP installers. They did an outstanding job. Gonzalo's work around my fireplace was amazing. Daniel painted my baseboards and he matched the paint perfectly. They also always cleaned up at the end of each day. I did not get the name of the carpet installer, but he did a great job as well. He was extremely careful when moving the furniture. I would highly recommend Five Star Flooring!!

  Great experience!! We wanted new LVP and Irving came and measured and gave us an estimate then Kim and Megan helped us with choosing our color and floor brand!! They were all so nice and helpful! G and John and Daniel installed it today and it looks beautiful!! I am very happy and will definitely use them again and highly recommend!!!
