  I'm appalled with the initial phone contact with a representative from this company. Just a few days ago my 2 story home was struct by an automobile traveling with an intoxicated driver at a high speed. Major damage was done to the structural framework of my home including my garage and damage to my BMW 750I. I called this company from a Google search and based on the reviews. The representative who answered wasn't pleasant to speak with based on his tone. I explained what I needed and asked if there was a fee to provide a quote to repair under my homeowners insurance. He advised it wouldn’t be and once the quote is submitted to the insurance company they normally approve. I stated since I was represented by an attorney their office would handle. He abruptly asked well is there an opportunity to do the job... people just call to get an estimate knowing their going to hire somebody else. I'm like say what. The point of me calling is for an estimate and hire the best company which by this call isn't yours!

  We had First Coast Contracting complete the repairs after a flood in our home, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Jason was quick to provide a detailed quote, and Jay, the project manager, along with Marc, did an exceptional job throughout the project. Communication was excellent—they were always responsive, available to answer questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the work was excellent, with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. The team was professional, timely, and clearly took pride in their work. Flood repairs can be stressful, but First Coast Contracting made the entire process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality contractor.

  Marc with First Coast Contracting came out today to review water damage in my entry portico and columns. He spent a lot of time helping to source the leak, assessing the damage, and walking me through the repair process. He coincidentally was there when our roofer and an inspector arrived to re-evaluate the areas of concern. He spoke with them at length about his observations, despite not being my hired contractor yet. At Marc’s recommendation, our roofer is taking additional steps to stop water intrusion. I will absolutely be giving Marc a call once we are ready for restoration services. Thanks, Marc!
