  Booked an appt online and received a text confirming my appt. Then I get a call (from a lady that sounded annoyed that I woke her up from her nap) that nobody is available and my appt was cancelled. She said the online booking is done through AI and it isn’t synced with their schedules. What’s the point of it then? I now have to try and find someone else.

  I had Elite AC come out to diagnose why one of my HVAC systems was using significantly more electricity than the other. The technician was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They performed a detailed evaluation of both systems, documented their findings with photos and measurements, and clearly explained the condition of each unit without using high-pressure sales tactics. They identified a leaking evaporator coil in one system and also pointed out the overall condition of both units, giving me repair and replacement options so I could make an informed decision. I appreciate the time they spent answering my questions and providing detailed estimates. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes the time to educate the customer rather than just rushing through the appointment. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend Elite AC.
