Seth did an exceptional job with our HVAC system. He is such a friendly and knowledgeable technician. Also, I love working with Elite because they are locally owned company that doesn’t try to upsell you at every service call. They always do the right thing and take care of the customer. This builds Brand loyalty. I highly recommend

☆Real review!☆ Since the start it was a pleasure working with Elite! From Brandon who came the same day we contacted them to give a quote, to Justin and his team for installation the following day, it couldn't have been a better experience! The whole team was very kind, polite, and quick to answer any questions we had. They had our ac up and running in no time and we're truly thankful. We definitely recommend Elite!

I met with Brandon from Elite AC. He was on time and polite. Then I realized he had exceptional domain expertise in HVAC. That became clear, quickly. He went about testing our system after interviewing me on the AC system symptoms, etc. He provided practical and technical information. He did not talk down to me. He then thought about some options, explained his rationale, and committed to sending me a quote. He texted soon after he left to thank me for the opportunity to look at the job, and said the quote was on its way. I cannot comment on the quote or its competitiveness at the moment. But I can say that I have confidence that his recommendations will be made in our best interests. I feel that this was an uncommonly good interaction.
