  First, Mr Encarnacion, Victor I'll refer to him as it's both his first name and judging by his work ethic, definitively *what* he is. I contacted him literally the prior evening, our A/C was off, Thermostat totally blank and all. This is July in Florida mind you so, was not a pleasant experience to say the least. Well I think it's obvious that Victor not only understood the situation, but being a young family man himself, empathized as well because he showed up before his first assigned work order THE VERY NEXT MORNING. He arrived just before 9am and was gone by 10am. I couldn't help but hang back and watch him work because as anyone with even a modicum of interest in how things work, you know when you're watching somebody that knows what they're doing. You can't take your eyes off of them. It's just a thing of beauty. Really it's more of an art form. But I digress. He cleaned, inspected the entire unit both inside and out, changed the filters, I mean he flushed and primed the pipes after he fully drained them, reinstalled the trap that he discovered just knocked to the ground for some reason. I could go on and on. I mean he did over a dozen things that would have taken me. I don't even know because I don't have the knowledge to know what needed to be done. The bottom line is we have searched through every A/C place in Jacksonville. I'm not exaggerating. We've had guys here from every single company. Every large company that you see commercials for, but then also my dad was on the fire department on JFRD and my brother is a captain on there now so you know they have their connections with fellow JFRD that work A/C on their days off and all of their people came by and just made everything worse and then Victor comes in. It's never run this well. It's cool, the air is crisp, the machine is silent - it's really a whole new world. I really can't thank Victor and Elite Air services enough. We were really struggling, just could not find a reliable company that knew what they were doing, and just happened to get this recommendation from a neighbor and figured what the heck. Why not? Definitely be trusting that neighbor from now on. Thank you, Victor, Mr Encarnacion, and thank you, Elite Air services. With no exaggeration you actually changed our lives. I'll definitely be calling to have the system replaced when the time comes, and absolutely any other work that they offer. They are definitely my go-to. And they should definitely be yours. Ask for Mr. Encarnacion, He's courteous, hilarious and incredibly sympathetic - to say nothing of his extensive knowledge and willingness to explain every little bit to an interested mind.   Our AC went out on a Sunday, our previous AC guy retired and we had several AC referrals but Elite was the first to respond and come out same day. They gave us a 2-6 time slot. Brandon Burger was here right at 2 (that never happens). He was very polite/well mannered, professional and got everything back up and running quickly. We appreciate the quick response and resolution. Brandon did a fantastic job. I hope his boss knows what a wonderful employee they have.

  Guy showed up with attitude hung up on me mid sentence. Happy to provide camera footage of him being rude. Wanted to up sell me on a cleaning coil service with no guarantee that was the issue. Asked for a manager who promised to send an estimate but only if I committed to a $280 deposit first. With a return service days later. Wasted my whole week just waiting for the appointment just to do nothing. Got a second opinion same day and the unit was cleaned, recharged and checked for leaks for a fraction of the price. Same day. Good luck with this company.

  Last evening my AC stopped working. Called Elite AC first thing this morning & was able to schedule an appt for later in the day with a polite and very helpful office staff, who took info carefully & immediately put the process in motion. Seth, the technician, was concerned, knowledgeable and helpful. He repaired one item & got the AC working again in a short time. We had a clear discussion about what remained to be done & Seth gave me info on the options that I requested. I will now be able to make an informed decision about how do go forward. I have not always been entirely pleased with previous service calls. But today I was given the information necessary and will move forward with more confidence in the choice I make. Response and service was excellent and I very much appreciated the efficient way this was handled. It has restored my confidence in this company and office staff and Seth were a great help in the process.
