  I want to thank the entire crew at Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing from start to finish the job began early Tuesday morning 🌄. Just like Dispatch said, the project will be done by Tuesday. Indeed it was, the entire crew work continuously none stop. The whole entire cast iron pipes was replaced from underneath the house. Everything was completed by 4:30 pm that same day. Everyone was super nice, professional, and really respect the surroundings of your home. Again, i thank you very much for a job well done. Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing is # 1 n my books.

  Would hands down recommend this firm every time, the technician Brian came out, super friendly knowledgeable and helpful. After an attempt to rectify the issue with my water heater didn't work he was there the next day and got it up and running for me. Couldn't have asked for better help. Cheers Brian.

  We had Dylan Stone come out to our home the other day. This guy was amazing from the start. He identified we have 2 septic tanks on our property and we only thought we had one which solved a toilet issue and answered so many questions. He was professional and courteous. Dylan saved us a lot of heartache.

  You get what you pay for !! I've been using duck duck rooter for myself and my customers since 2019 !! I will never use another plumbing contractor in Jacksonville. I can wholeheartedly leave this comment and let everyone who reads this know, when you utilize duck duck your problem is fixed and fixed for good. As a contractor in Jacksonville, I run INTO A LOT, of patched, Jimmy-rigged, ridiculous work that other contractors perform on customers homes and it's embarrassing. As someone who takes pride in doing phenomenal work I despise it. I just called them to my home yesterday to work on my septic tank and it's such a satisfying feeling to know that, I know because I used duck duck, there's nothing for me to be concerned with. Thank you to the staff and owners of duck duck rooter for running a great business and doing work, THE RIGHT WAY. You get what you pay for ladies and gentlemen, pay once with duck duck rooter or pay 4 times and end up paying 3 times as much because you didn't use them.

  This is my mistake about Duck duck. IT IS LICKETY SPLIT THAT ALL MY COMMENTS ABOUT. PLEASE FORGIVE ME DUCK DUCK. MY COMPLETE STUPIDITY. Never Again. Live, learn, TEACH. Beware!! DD Rooster came out for a simple low pressure fuse replacement I already guessed and asked about that and checked problem causes on AC that's how I know this could be the cause. I brought that up to soon as they got here. No one could tell me where the fuse block was. That's there business take a few dollars today on a 5 minute replacement with e $1.00 fuse for $300.00 and they have no chance on being called when I go to replace it which is anytime. USE LOCAL TRUSTWORTHY COMPANIES. THEY ARE ACTUALLY WORSE THAN THERE COMMERCIAL J&W, Weather engineer, Fenwick. They won't. YOU'RE STUPID RESPONSE ABOUT NOT EVER FINDING ME AS A CUSTOMER SHOWS WHAT PATHETIC MANAGEMENT DUCK DUCK ROOTER HAS IM NOT A CUSTOMER AND I DAMN SURE WON'T BE. I WAS A PROSPECT THAT YOU TOOK WHAT YOU COULD NOT THINKING LONG TERM. QUIT WASTING MONEY USE YOU'RE EMPLOYEES WISELY THE COMPANY JUST WASTE MONEY AND PUT . I PAID I HAVE A RECEIPT. LOOK AT YOUR FREE DIAGNOSIS LOG FOR PROSPECTS ITS OBVIOUS YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE EMPLOYEES DO. SINCE I PAID THE TECH. MAYBE THE 2 OF THEM STOLE MY PAYMENT. YOU SUCK AND MAKE LESS PROFIT DO TO A BAD MANAGER
