  We highly recommend Trish! Building a home always comes with a few unexpected hiccups, but Trish handled everything with absolute professionalism. She was always quick to respond to our emails, coordinated perfectly with the construction manager, and advocated for us during our pre-drywall and final walkthroughs. Thank you, for all your hard work and dedication!

  We met with an agent Briana that was very pleasant and patient. She showed us around several beautifully designed homes. We were amazed by the construction quality as well as the modern features. When we are ready to buy, we'll definitely reach back out to Briana!

  What a cute community! It offers everything I have been looking for and I love the plans DRB Homes has to offer in this community! Patricia was so patient with us and went over everything in detail and for someone who is relocating to Florida, she was the perfect person to talk to!! I STRONGLY feel this is my new community!!

  The agent Tricia Sowers at DRB homes was such a delight to deal with. She thoroughly showed me homes and what my options were. I’m not Particularly ready to buy yet. But her help and knowledge really gave me somethings to think about. When I do decide to buy she will be my first phone call. Thanks again Tricia for being so helpful.
