    I made an appointment for two separate properties about 30 mins from each other. First let me say that I was not pleased with the scheduling of these appointments. It did not correct the name on the account or the updated email as requested. It was all mixed up and when the appointment time came, it sent their technicians to the wrong addresses which wasn't time effective for them or myself even after I had confirmed the dates, time and locations upon scheduling. Thankfully the technicians that came out were very understanding and patient even though they'd had to hustle to a different location to accommodate my schedule. The first property technician was Kase and he was amazing at helping me get information on the systems warranty and fixing the issue quickly since my moms air had been out for two days. It was almost 90 degrees inside her home. He was very kind and gave me his number in case I needed anything else. I actually had to call him the next day as the unit wasn't cooling properly and he set it up for a tech named Alfredo to come out and check it. This technician found my mom had pressed a schedule option and fix it quickly. He was very kind and I very much appreciated him being so through in checking the temps of everything before he left. Today I had an appointment at my own home as the second property with a technician by the name of Larry. He was originally scheduled to go to my other property as the scheduler didn't hand this properly. Thankfully, Kase called to let me know they were running behind and I ended up telling them they had the appointment wrong from what I had originally scheduled. He was able to help me get this corrected quickly and the new technician was ok to come earlier than scheduled. He completed the maintenance visit quickly and was super friendly and answered all of the questions I had plus sent over a quote for a few other things I'd asked for upon finding out they do Plumbing work as well. I am thankful the technicians were so amazing because I was beyond frustrated with the scheduling part. I will continue to use Del-Air because they've always been friendly, not sold me stuff I didn't need and answered all of the questions I have had. Thank you

    Over more than two decades I was using McGown Services, and when Del-Air took an ownership I was a little bit skeptical. Today I had my second time A/C maintenance and I couldn't be more happier. Antonio was my technician and he did an outstanding job! Extremely polite manners, very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to address all my concerns to make sure my A/C unit runs smoothly. Antonio arrived within the scheduled time frame and performed the service very efficiently. He even went above and beyond to fix a drain pipe that was not properly installed in the first place. I highly recommend this young man from Del-Air. I intend to continue my business with this company. Thank you for being professional! Job well done!

    Kasey from Del-Air provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose a major issue with my A/C system, clearly explained what was wrong, and presented several repair options without any pressure. What stood out most was his honesty, patience, and willingness to answer all of my questions while offering practical, helpful recommendations. It’s refreshing to work with a technician who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service and helping the customer make an informed decision. I highly recommend Kasey and Del-Air to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy HVAC technician. Five-star service all the way.

    Del-Air is a complete scam. Overpriced and takes advantage of people. I have a brand new system in and outside units 2 years old under a 10 year warranty on parts. My ac went out they sent a tech and he said it was my drain line clogged which it was not because after he left the ac still did not work so they sent another tech out who confirmed the same day it was my inside coil leaking and needed to be replaced. So they charged me $175 to come out the first time for something that was never wrong and had the nerve to sell me a monthly service charge to be a priority member. A complete joke on that. But now the 2nd tech that comes out and confirms it is my coil that is under warranty and literally only takes about an hour to an hour and half to remove old one and install the new one they want to charge me $2100 for labor/freon. A lawyer/doctor does not even make $2100 for 1.5 hours of work. Mind you a 25lb jug of freon for certified techs/ac companies cost about $340 but Del-Air is charging $135 per pound of freon this markup is insane. I am all about getting paid for your skills but this is injustice and taking advantage of people like this is crazy and needs to be stopped. I will never use Del-Air ever again and will never recommend them I was referred to another reputable company who is doing this for an 1/4 of their cost.

    Let me start out by saying that my garage's temperature was unbearable. It made it difficult to do anything in reference to setting up my exercise space and organizing all of my things that have to remain out there. 1 call to Del-Air and they showed up the very next day! Larry and Jonathan showed up with a very professional and friendly attitude. I explained my situation and told them what I was interested in and I was given some options as to how to get the job done. 2 days later the installation began and was completed the same day. The mini-split has converted my garage space into extra living space and now my husband can have his MANCAVE and I can have my exercise space! There is a space for everything and everything is in its place!! KUDOS to Del-Air Jacksonville and Jonathan who went the extra mile to make the process simple and painless!
