  I had a great experience with Shaun from Delair Heating and Air Repair. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my system, explain what the issue was, and walk me through the repair process without making me feel pressured or confused. What really stood out was Shaun’s honesty and attention to detail. He answered all of my questions patiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. You can tell he truly cares about doing quality work and making sure his customers are satisfied. The repair was completed quickly, my AC is running better than ever, and the entire experience was stress-free. It’s rare to find someone this reliable, skilled, and personable these days. I highly recommend Shaun and Delair Heating and Air Repair to anyone needing HVAC service. Definitely a 5-star experience!

  Artavious was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got my AC running properly again without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Pricing was fair, customer service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find honest and reliable HVAC companies these days, but this team definitely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be using them again for future maintenance and repairs.

  Modesto is an EXCELLENT professional and knowledgable technician. Last month, had same problem (icing) and tech came out that evening, pulled the power block and said someone will come by tomorrow. It was a miserable 80+ degree hot night. Modesto took the time to de-ice and troubleshoot the issue. He says the unit is less than a year old and is a prioity. He is a credit to your company and the profession. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

  Recently had Del air install my new unit and I am very glad I did, my neighbors used different companies and I can immediately notice the difference in quality. My neighbors will now be using Del air for their yearly maintenance. Thanks to Jonathan Trujillo for taking care of our needs and fixing our issues. The new unit next to the master bedroom is finally QUIET !! Unit operates as quiet as our dishwasher. We are very impressed with the new unit. Thanks ! - Jorge Travares

  We had our AC system replaced in May of 2025. Del-Air was very fast to get the system swapped out quickly. But there were problems getting the final inspection handled for almost a full year, due to delays in them getting permits prior to the City inspectors visit to do the final inspection. When the Jacksonville tech Jacob AKA "Jake" came to service the system today, I shared with him our frustration with getting this resolved. He handled the servicing and went back to the office for more filters and to get our situation resolved. We are scheduled for the final inspection next Friday. It is very refreshing to have a technician resolve my long-term issue so quickly. Thank you Jake. If possible, I would recommend withholding final payment for any new AC unit installation until AFTER the final inspection to make sure it gets handled in a timely manner.
