  My girlfriend asked this company for a simple tuneup on her air conditioner. The person who showed up was Sean and he told her the air conditioner was about to die with mold growing inside and the condenser was dead. Verbally quoted $13,000 for total replacement cost. Ironically, she asked another company for a second opinion and a tune up and they did the job for $100 and told her there's nothing wrong with the A/C system. Don't even think about going to this fraud place.

  I had an excellent experience with Francis from Del-Air. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions about our HVAC system, and Francis took the time to answer every one of them thoroughly and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I was particularly concerned about some mildew I had noticed around a few of our A/C vents. Francis carefully evaluated the issue, explained what could be contributing to it, and gave me practical recommendations for addressing it and preventing it from returning. He also went through our HVAC system to make sure all of the necessary maintenance was up to date and explained what we should be doing going forward to properly maintain the system. I really appreciated that he never made me feel rushed and was genuinely willing to answer all of my questions. It gave me a lot more confidence in understanding and caring for our HVAC system. I would highly recommend Francis and Del-Air to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy HVAC service. Thank you, Francis, for such a great experience!

  Believe me when I tell you: Do not even consider picking up the phone and calling these scammers. Our AC had some minor cooling issues earlier this week, and the technicians that arrived -- with almost no testing -- immediately came to the conclusion that our entire unit was unsalvageable and needed to be replaced. They told us the coil was fried (blatantly false). They told us we had a refrigerant leak (blatantly false). They told us that we couldn't simply thaw the ice buildup and turn the unit back on, and that -- with my wife home alone at the time -- we needed to leave and stay in a hotel overnight (blatantly false). They told us that AC units these days only last six-to-eight years (blatantly false). They quoted us $18,000 for our standard 4-ton unit, with pricing options up to $30,000 (blatantly false). Well, the next day, we had a separate HVAC company out to offer a second opinion and assess the situation, and they determined -- after extensive testing -- there was no issue other than a dirty air filter. No cooked coil, no refrigerant leak, no new unit needed. Nothing. So, for $10, we were able to correct a problem that these crooks thought could only be remedied by spending nearly $20,000. Do not let their considerable marketing muscle and PE backing fool you: They cannot be trusted, whatsoever. Take your business elsewhere or risk getting duped.

  I had an excellent experience with Antonio and Nico. They arrived right on time, quickly demonstrated their expertise, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues I was experiencing with my AC. Specifically, the Antonio explained why I had continued problems with my builder grade system, and finally gave me a clear understanding of what’s been happening and why I continue to have clogged drain lines. What impressed me the most was he didn’t just recommend the most expensive option. He listened to my concerns and found a solution that worked within my budget. Antonio returned the next day with, Nico right on time, on schedule, and they both completed the repairs promptly and professionally. Antonio’s knowledge, honesty, punctuality, and commitment to finding the right solution for my family really stood out to me. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend both Antonio and Nico for anyone needing HVAC work!

  My partner and I live in the Shores in St. John’s Florida. our technician arrived yesterday to maintenance our air conditioner, and check everything out and clean it!! His name is Roberto, He was absolutely personable, kind, and extremely knowledge. Very acute knew exactly what he was doing. Did not waste any time., There are times when you have maintenance people in your home and you feel so drained he did not drain us at all!! WE WILL CALL HIM AGAIN. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
