Mark was the lead tech on the job, and it was clear right away that he takes real pride in doing things the right way. He took his time to map out the best placement for the equipment, explained every step, and made sure the installation was clean and secure without cutting any corners. The whole crew was detail oriented, neat, respectful of the house, and genuinely knowledgeable. Faye was fantastic on the customer service side. She was quick to respond to all my questions (even the follow ups I sent after the install), walked me through how to maintain the systems, and made sure I felt confident using everything. Her help made the entire process smooth and stress free. The water quality improvement is noticeable immediately better taste, no more weird odors, and peace of mind knowing we’re actually filtering out what matters.
