- EFEmily FuruichiOct 8, 20265.0The builder of our new home recommended Chicago Water Pros and we’re so glad they introduced us to Mark and his wife. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting our whole-home water softener and filtration system, as well as our under-sink RO system, set up. They took the time to understand our home and water needs and recommended the best products for us, rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive option. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and they were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. What really stood out was their customer service even after installation. They have continued to be very responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. We’re extremely happy with our systems and would absolutely recommend Chicago Water Pros to anyone looking for a water softener, whole-home filtration, or RO system. Mark and Faye genuinely care about their customers, and it shows!
- JJJulianOct 8, 20265.0decided to go with Chicago Water Pros because they were the only ones to get back to me lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ easy communication via text, installer was very kind and professional. Can definitely taste a difference from the RO water and I get great pressure from the faucet!
- LGLauren GasparSep 26, 20265.0Mark was amazing at not only consulting me on a water softener for my home, but also installing a water filter instant hot faucet! Mark is incredibly talented and professional. He knows systems extremely well and can problem solve on the fly. I would highly recommend mark to anyone looking for a water filter or softener. Mark thank you !

- CCCatherineTheGreatSep 20, 20265.0We were so happy with our water softener and service from CWP that we came back and bought the RO. Clear difference in the water - can definitely tell it’s cleaner than the filtered fridge water. Excellent product, excellent service.
