  We had a whole house water filtration system installed by Water City Pros and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the installation was superb! Mark, our installer, walked me through everything he was doing every step of the way. A great communicator who clearly knew what he was doing. Never once felt rushed, whether it was during the sales/customer service process or the actual install. Highly recommend! Thanks again you guys! ✌🏻

  I have had a house water filter in my home for the last 20 years and my experience with Chicago Water Pros was by far the easiest and most seem-less from start to finish. We are new to the North Shore town of Kenilworth and installing a house water filter was a top priority because once you have had one it is so hard to shower, cook, and brush your teeth with water that is not filtered because the difference is significant. The owners of Chicago water pros could not be more professional and customer focused and I am already loving my new filtered water!!! I highly recommend!

  Excellent service , very professional , answered all my questions and did not rush me . Mark was very professional in his installation . I had Culligan system and I was very unhappy with the service and I would not hesitate to use them .

  I don’t normally write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Mark came out and installed our Vortex 1000 tankless reverse osmosis system, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and took his time making sure everything was installed correctly. He checked for leaks, explained how the system worked, connected the refrigerator line, and answered every question we had. You could tell he cared about doing the job right. There were a couple of things that were new to us. The unit does make some noise when it’s producing water, but Mark explained that was normal. Once the cabinet doors were closed, it was much quieter than we expected. The refrigerator also has a slight delay now while the system builds pressure, but that’s simply part of how a tankless RO system works. The biggest surprise was the water itself. The taste is incredible. My wife has never liked the taste of our tap water, even through the refrigerator filter, because it always had an aftertaste. That is completely gone now. The water from both the sink and refrigerator tastes better than most bottled water we’ve had. Even the grandkids noticed the difference right away. The display on the unit is a nice feature too. Seeing the purified water reading at only 15 PPM gives you confidence that the system is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. The only thing I would change is the RO faucet that comes with the system. It works fine, but it feels a little lightweight. I’d like to see an upgraded faucet option available. That’s a very minor complaint compared to how happy we are with everything else. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the installation or the results. In fact, I’ve already recommended Chicago Water Pros to a friend. If you’re thinking about installing a reverse osmosis system, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Extremely pleased; I moved to Chicago from Tampa where I had a house and whole house water softener due to how hard the water in Tampa is, was totally caught off guard how hard the water is in Chicago! After being here a year and buying nonsense filters from Amazon, my skin was inflamed and red, so I decided to learn if a local water softener company had anything to help and Faye took good care of me. Since I am renting, she educated me on a shower only softener (see the picture below). I watched her team assemble, it was easy just a few hoses and an extension. You can use ionized table salt, but I am using my water softener pellets that I prefer. This is perfect as I can move with it and extremely hassle free. Carbon filter might need to be changed out after a year or so but I love this product, skin felt healthier after one shower, no lie. I wish I met Faye and her team sooner. One last thing, this device is usually hung, however I have that upper handle that prevented me from hanging which I would have preferred. I will be buying a stand and hose casings to make it look better and to just have the device off the floor.
