  Awesome service call. Elvin took the time to thoroughly explain the basics of the system to me. I was deployed when it was originally installed, so his patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

  We had a problem with the water purification device fitting under the sink after a kitchen remodel. William was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Great experience!

  Caleb was very friendly and explained what he was doing. Answered all our questions, polite, and "went the extra mile" by showing me how to work the equipment and giving suggestions on how to maintain it. Very helpful in showing us upgrades, as ours is old and will need to be replaced in the not-too-distant future.

  Excellent experience with CGC! Abraham was amazing to work with—very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He made the process simple, took time to educate us without being pushy, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers.   Services performed by CGC were as promised and performed professionally by Matt, the service representative. We was quick and carefully explained everything regarding the water treatment system he installed and answered any questions we had. I have very comfortable dealing with CGC and I am confident that all the techs we have had over the years represent the same performance level as Matt. Thank you CGC
