  Asked for service appt yesterday and was told next Thursday or Friday. Received a callback same day saying there was an opening the next on Friday if I wanted to move up. Sure did and the young man Will showed up 2 hours earlier than scheduled which was awesome. Tested our water, serviced the equipment explaining everything he was doing and what was covered by warranty and replaced items necessary for us to be running more efficiently after fixing two parts and changing the filter. Great Experience.

  CGC Home Services was amazing! Coming into work (i manage a spa) and discovering water come up from under the floor was not as good start to the day but, upon recommendation, we reached out to Caleb and he was quick to respond and assess the situation. Caleb, Terry, and their crew worked fast and effectively getting the water turned off and determining where the leak was coming from. The crew worked amazingly around our schedule and had us up and running with no down time and very little disturbance to our guests. We highly recommend Caleb, Terry and CGC Home Services.

  Joseph Morin with CGC Home Services was excellent. He did a replacement of our water softener and drinking water. He did an excellent job explaining and showing us everything. We definitely give him a rating of 10, Excellent and highly recommend him.

  I want to thank William for the help he had offered! He went the extra mile in making sure the system was working properly and he took his time doing so instead of rushing around like most people do. I also want to thank William for going the extra mile in helping with the pressure switch and getting better water pressure going into my home. Overall, greatly appreciated and would recommend the service to others. 5 ⭐
