  He explained all my choices for care for my system. He voluntarily relocated my under sink system from the front to the back so I could have room for my kitchen supplies. He was on time and friendly. Would recommend his services.

  Abel provided exceptional service during a recent water evaluation for our 15-year-old Kinetico dual-tank system. He was prompt, courteous, and highly informative, taking the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated his pressure-free approach; instead of trying to upsell me, he gave honest feedback on our system, which is still performing beautifully.   We purchased a Kinetica water treatment system especially for our hard water. The sales guy we met with estimated that the system install would take about 4 hours. Nick arrived on time and after discussing the specifics of the installation he got to work. The installation was a bit more complicated than expected, especially since I wanted the RO connected to the refrigerator for ice making. Nick called in another tech Terry after about 3 hours, and they continued to work until the job was completed after about 8 hours. Their attitudes were cheerful, and they were very eager to explain what was happening and how the system worked. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is based on how long it took, which was not the tech's fault. They made sure to clean up and explain operation before leaving.
