  Update: I had already emailed and called customer engagement multiple times-no response. I have had 2 GREAT delivery drivers so far, BUT- I was promised great continuing service for my project, including returns of bad wood and follow-on deliveries. I notified Carson within 1 business day of some rejects of my ~$3600 order and got no response (with photos). I followed up multiple times (email, text and calls), and then told him I would just settle up with him with my follow-on order. I finally got to a point to needing more material (and wanting to replace some of the rejects), so I followed up with a call, they gave me another person to include in my quote request (Ariel). She seemed to misunderstand my request, and maybe it's why it took her so long to quote me for most of my order--she quoted my original order PLUS my new order. I had to get that straightened out. Then, she informed me that since the order was under $1000 (it was a little over $700), they would not deliver (despite what Carson had told me originally). So, I packed up everything in my trailer, took the afternoon off work, and told her I was on my way (to the Yulee store). She said I had to have a receipt, that, oh by the way, I had BEGGED Carson for for MONTHS, including again when I had to do my taxes. No response. I DID however, have my pick ticket. Well, it seems, that EVEN THOUGH I called the Yulee store originally, I LIVE on the north east side of Jax, where the Yulee store was located, and that's where I was prepared to go with my afternoon I took off work to deal with this--they actually made the first delivery out of the Jacksonville store and REFUSED to take their returns. BUT--by then, it was late enough in the afternoon it would have been terribly inconsiderate to go there so late just before closing. So, I called. I spoke with a nice gentleman (Jeff Jones). He scoffed at the situation about 1. Yulee refusing my returns, even when I was willing to drive there to deliver them and purchase an even greater amount of material, and 2. Ariel's refusal to deliver my new order, especially when I had a pending (awaiting a quote) for another $3000+ order (I Joists), and more. We seemed to work it out. He gave me his email address, and asked for my request, and we agreed (since Monday was crazy for him), he'd get things delivered to me on Tuesday, and the returns picked up. Execution: Well, my delivery didn't come until Wednesday, and it took nearly all day Tuesday to figure that out--instead of them coming out and telling me. Also, the delivery came from the YULEE store, and they said the same thing--they couldn't take Jacksonville returns, but assured me that that pickup had been arranged. I finally got a hold of Carson again, where he offered to let me keep the lumber (throw it away, repurpose it for temporary bracing, etc), in exchange for a credit on my I Joist order. To date, I have asked MULTIPLE times, including FINALLY talking to Carson late last week when I called the main number and asked to speak to a manager--I ended up getting patched to him when I started explaining the situation. He told me a quote was provided. No--it was just a "this is what these cost per linear foot." I didn't get anything with bottom line pricing. He's like "well, are you ok with the price?". Honestly, I don't know--I know what he priced them out for me when I made my original order, and I decided to wait to get them....BUT--if you take the per linear foot pricing, it is more than double my original. I know there's been inflation, BUT, certainly not double, and certainly not when I'm also getting other quotes that are only moderately more expensive. Plus, I'm not certain that the "per linear foot" is an accurate gauge of cost, because some things just don't work linearly like that. Either way, I still don't have an *actionable quote*. That's ALL i have been asking for...for WEEKS! (since April 28, it is now May 17th). Oh, by the way...I did sort and organize my second lumber order--and I received material that was previously used...
