  I hired this company to replace two cracked shower tiles after being quoted a 2–3 hour repair. Instead, I was billed for 6 hours with no clear explanation, effectively doubling the expected labor cost for a final invoice of $1053.71. When I questioned the billed hours afterward, manager Lori stated that the technician’s shopping time was also considered billable. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not justify the price. The repair left multiple neighboring tiles with missing grout, creating additional issues that were not present before the work began. I now have to arrange for those areas to be repaired as well. What should have been a straightforward two-tile repair turned into an expensive, poorly executed job. Between the unexpected upcharge and the substandard workmanship, I cannot recommend this company. I expected honest pricing and professional craftsmanship, but unfortunately received neither.

  Keith B. installed a bathroom vanity and painted my bathroom and I'm so happy with the way it looks. Keith is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He absolutely knows what he is doing and does it well. When he was leaving, I told him, I going to hire you in a couple of weeks as I have more stuff that needs to be done. I also told him I told my neighbor about him and she will call your company when she needs him. Very impressed with your company and the quality it delivers!

  Keith B. from Ace Handyman services came out and installed our wall oven unit. He was friendly, funny and professional. He did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.

  This was my first use of ACE Handyman and I am delighted beyond all expectations. My Multi-Skilled Craftsman, Keith B, was a joy yo work with. He is skilled in every respect, communicated in a very understandable way, and he was patient and a pleasure to work with. Everything on my to-do list was taken care of. I will be asking for Keith in the future.
