  I had a great experience with the team at About Floors N More from the Plummer Cove Road Location. To be fair, I was absolutely dreading getting new flooring. We’ve lived in our home since 2011 and we have a lot of furniture. The thought of moving it all so that carpeting could be laid was literally keeping me up at night. I called About Floors and Zack answered and when I relayed my hesitance to start this project, he immediately allayed my fears. He assured me his team could make this happen and they absolutely delivered on his promise! We changed from carpet to hardwood floors in our downstairs living room. This meant trying to match nearly 20 year old existing hardwood floors. Zack came by for an in person estimate and measuring and went back to the store and found EXACTLY what we wanted. I was so shocked. They were installed by Fabio and what an absolute expert he is! Fabio was able to make the new floor and the old floors blend seamlessly. He and his team were able to work around very heavy antiques and took care moving them which was another concern of mine. Upstairs we replaced our carpet and Lucas and his team were like magicians. When I tell you they moved things out of my closets and returned them to EXACTLY the same spot in record time, please know that I mean just that. I was absolutely amazed by how beautifully they worked and how perfectly they left everything. Here is the big takeaway...had I known how this project would turn out, I would have done this years ago. You are in good hands with this team: Zack, Fabio and Lucas. No reason to lose any sleep with this crew...they are the dream team!

  We got numerous estimates and visited several showrooms before choosing About Floors n’ More for our flooring needs. They were the highest of the estimates but I truly believe that we were getting the best quality flooring for the money, an important factor in determining our choice. Once the product arrived JD and his crew, John and Mike did a great job installing the LVP in four rooms of our home. They were not only really nice guys, but efficient, focused and professional. They took the time to answer any questions we had, appreciated the product they were installing and genuinely seemed to enjoy the work they were doing. Would highly recommend them for any flooring installation.
