  Highly Recommend A Comfortable Environment! I cannot say enough good things about A Comfortable Environment! Last January, during a freezing stretch of over ten days, this wonderful family-owned business responded to my call. They came out and provided a no-charge service call to look at my 16-year-old air conditioner, which had a bad blower motor. An OEM replacement blower was going to cost $1,000, but Alex (the owner’s son) went above and beyond—making several phone calls to find a generic alternative for $400, which he was even willing to go pick up himself. Because of the age of my unit, I ultimately decided it was time to invest in a brand-new system. Throughout the entire process, Katie (the owner’s daughter) was incredible—she always answers the phone when I call with a friendly and helpful attitude. I was so impressed by their service that I recommended them to my neighbor, who ended up getting her AC replaced by Alex and Katie's brother! Just recently, Antwon came out for the first of my two free maintenance visits included with my purchase. He was incredibly professional, had a constant smile, and took his time to ensure my unit was performing perfectly. If you are in Jacksonville and need trustworthy AC service while supporting an amazing local, family-owned business, do not hesitate to call A Comfortable Environment (ACE)!
