  We just replaced our original windows from our circa 1968 home and couldn't be happier. I wanted to give them a few months for the new window (new car) smell to wear off and give them an honest review. Beginning day one we could tell a significant reduction in sound from cars and barking dogs on our street. It's hard to say how much energy we'll be saving on heating and cooling, but I definitely can tell the AC runs less in these first few months of ownership. We went with the white model 3000 series including tinted triple glass with internal grids, double hung style with half screens to replicate the traditional look of the house. We went with tinted rain glass in the bathrooms...highly recommend. The installers took 2 1/2 days to remove and install 20 windows and did a wonderful job of doing one window opening at a time and keeping the area around that window very clean when the install was complete. The real skill the installers possessed was in their caulking abilities. Both inside and out, the caulking results are virtually perfect with a quality crisp bead and no mess. John Meyers, our sales rep, was a pleasure to work with from day one and kept us informed of timelines all through the process. We had two friends recommend PHSI after their own experiences and now after a few months we can 100% recommend them for anyone looking to replace or buy new windows for your home. We are totally happy with our window purchase from PHSI.

  They are the absolute best. They have really gone above and beyond for for us. The windows have been amazing with winter and summer and if anything ever goes wrong at no fault by them They are there to fix it and take care of us. I would not recommend anyone else for your doors and window needs. They have truly became like family. Thank you so much Diaz Family
