  They absolutely did a wonderful job installing my windows. The sales gentleman that came out was completely transparent on everything. I absolutely love my windows and would highly recommend them.

  We had a whole-house window replacement completed by Preservation Home Specialists, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From our very first consultation, John in sales stood out for his exceptional professionalism and transparent communication. He took the time to explain our options thoroughly, answered all of our questions without any high-pressure tactics, and kept us informed every step of the way. ​The quality of the windows themselves is fantastic. They look incredible, operate smoothly, and have already made a noticeable difference in our home's comfort and energy efficiency. On top of that, the installation team was prompt, efficient, and respectful of our home. They arrived right on schedule, completed the work seamlessly, and left the workspace spotless. ​Over the past three years, we have replaced both doors and windows through them, resulting in a few routine service calls. Each time, our requests were answered promptly and scheduled without hesitation.   Preservation Home Specialists are 1st rate from start to finish! I recently had 6 large picture pane windows in my sunroom replaced. Marion, the owner and CFO of the company, coordinated the whole process flawlessly. She personally did an in home consultation and guided me through the whole process, by assisting me in selecting the appropriate windows, coordinating with my HOA to obtain the necessary approvals, obtaining the building permit, testing the paint color on the window frame to match my exterior framing, and keeping me appraised of the timeline for installation. The installation crew were very professional and are employees of the company. The installation went very smoothly thanks to Seth and Danni. I would definitely hire this company again for future projects.

  Great people to deal with for sales and installation. The installers did an excellent job and did not leave a mess behind like a lot of people do.

  First class all the way. From the initial consultation to the finish product everything was on time and on point. I can’t recommend enough. Fair price ,excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent installation. What else can you ask for?
