  i have to say that i was in a bad situation the week of the 4th of July my AC broke down completely, i had another ac company  that was just doing the bare minimum and not being proactive. So I called Mauro's Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. I spoke with the owner and the very next day his AC tech came out and found the leaks within 45 min. He explained what had happened and told me it's time to replace this unit, i was devastated due to a new roof that was just done and appliances in the home that also failed.The owner called me and spoke with me and he said if they were called earlier they could have saved this AC unit as the damage was already done and needed to replace the AC completely.  His team and I mean from the office to the techs that have replaced the AC in a timely fashion and cleaned up the work area as if they were never there. This AC company is very professional and understands customer needs, As a Tradesman myself for 46 years it is great to see that there is still pride in the work they did for me. I will always call them for any of my AC & Heating needs. I am now a lifelong customer. THANK YOU MAURO FOR YOUR HELP.......

  An HVAC Company That Truly Lives Up to Its Name I recently had a new air conditioning system installed by Mauro’s, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. What stood out to me most was how **transparent and honest** everyone was throughout the entire process. Mauro’s slogan is “Honesty, Integrity and Knowledge,” and after dealing with them firsthand, I can honestly say that those aren’t just words on a sign — **that is exactly what you get with these people. The installation itself was done very well. There was a hiccup along the way, but what impressed me even more than the problem itself was how Mauro’s handled it. They took responsibility, worked to make it right, and made sure I was satisfied. Even the owner personally wanted to make sure everything went smoothly, which says a lot about the way this company does business. I also want to recognize Yolanda in the office, who was fantastic about keeping me informed and in the loop throughout the process. Communication makes such a difference when you're having a major HVAC system installed, and she did an excellent job. And Patrick, my sales consultant and Trane representative, was outstanding. His years of experience and knowledge were obvious from the beginning. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel like I was dealing with someone who genuinely knew what he was talking about, rather than someone simply trying to make a sale. After this experience, I have no hesitation recommending Mauro’s. Finding a contractor you can trust is not always easy, and when you find one that truly stands behind its work, treats customers fairly, and does what it says it will do, that’s worth mentioning. Honesty. Integrity. Knowledge. Mauro’s really does live up to the slogan.

  My husband and I were so impressed with Mauro’s service from the beginning. He and is staff gave an A+ service from start to finish. Mauro the owner, personally came to my house to fix a thermostat that a previous hvac company broke. And he did it for free because he didn’t want my elderly mother in law to suffer in the heat. My husband and I decided right then and there that no matter what he would be our hvac guy. So we decided to have him put in a new system. His crew did all the work in one day, pretty amazing. I also to also acknowledge Lisa. She was great. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She made the billing portion run smoothly. Yolanda was also wonderful. She set the permit portion of the job. I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

  If you want truth, honesty, and integrity you need to choose Mauro’s air air-conditioning services every time. In the process of purchasing a home that had multiple issues with the AC unit he came very quickly with a very honest and straightforward estimate. Personally and professionally, you cannot choose a better company for your heat & ac needs!

  This man/owner was a godsend! I had a company to come out and was supposed to do a maintenance check on it, And in doing so the technician didn’t know how to restart our Carrier thermostat. I thought the technician broke it, so I demanded that he fix it but he simply didn’t know how to restart it and wouldn’t take responsibility and then took off. The company would not take responsibility either. Turns out that they didn’t actually know how to operate a Carrier system. My wife called Mauro and he came within a half an hour and actually restarted our thermostat/Air conditioner. It was very hot outside and I have an 86 year-old mother with dementia that I moved into my house to take care of. The previous company was so inconsiderate of not only myself but of my mom and left us for a full day with no working air-conditioning on a hot June day. When Mauro came he said, “don’t worry about the service call I’m doing this because of your mom”. We needed a new air conditioner because ours, though still working, was 16 years old. Of course, I went with Mauro’s company who did an excellent installation job. No more worries about an old air conditioner breaking down. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN’S COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG BY USING HIM!
