  Today, Mauro's Air Conditioning provided Outstanding customer service. Their A/C technician was highly knowledgeable and professional throughout my A/C preventive maintenance tune-up.

  Had my service scheduled between 9-11am. After being without A/C I had my fingers crossed they’d show up closer to the 9am side of the window. They actually showed up a few minutes early which was amazing after 3 days of no A/C. Jerry was very professional and personable. Based on the issues I was having he knew exactly where to look and what to look for. He had my A/C running within 30 minutes and even stayed to cycle the system several times and confirm it was just working at the moment. I was expecting to hand over half my paycheck and ended up only having to spend about the cost of a tank of gas. I told Jerry I thought my condenser fan motor was seized. He could have easily told me I was right and I would have spent $100s of unnecessary dollars without questioning. It’s good to know honest people still exist! Their auto text communication and payment system is great as well. I couldn’t be happier.

  The technition, Ray, that you sent us was not only professional, but was able to diagnose our issue, and resolve it! I have been a loyal customer of Air Rescue for over 15 years but that relationship ended yesterday after experiencing what a "real professional", who cares more about resolving the issue for the customer, than trying to sell a new unit, to a customer in a time of need! Following my experience with Ray yesterday, I asked him for several of his business cards, which I immediately distributed to my neighbors, so that if any if them needed a "true professional " to address their urgent AC needs...they would know who to call. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Ray and the professional way that he addresses my issue, and you have a new customer moving forward.

  Mauro’s AC company was great to work with. The owner, Mauro, was very hands on and walked us through the process from beginning to end. When his technician discovered an issue during the removal of our old AC, he rearranged his crew’s schedule so his guys could stay to complete the expanded scope. Yolanda in the front office was also very professional and helpful with billing and scheduling issues. We really enjoyed working with Mauro and his entire team.

  My original HVAC contractor stopped servicing residential customers and left me without HVAC service when I needed it most. I called Mauro Air Conditioning and Heating to diagnose and correct the problem and they immediately sent a service tech to my home to restore cooling on the hottest days of the year. The tech diagnosed the issue and ordered the required parts. At that time, the Mauro's office staff worked diligently and successfully to locate the parts and have them delivered. Throughout that time the office kept me informed and sent a tech to install the parts and correct the problem. I was both surprised and impressed with the caring, communication and efficiency of both the technical and office staff in handling my problem. Shout outs to Ray, Larry, and particularly Andy for their technical expertise as well as Yolanda and Jessica for their caring and assistance.
