  Allan is the BEST in the business! He answered lots of questions on the phone and was very patient, pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He called me late in the afternoon and said he had a cancelation and asked if I was home and ready for him, and I said "yes". His work ethic is amazing and he is incredibly careful to not do any damage to your home. He's like a plumbing doctor lol. My big Rottweiler was in his way and begging for attention and Allan was very nice to him. The price of the new toilet and installation was incredibly reasonable. He is very fair and beat other estimates by far. I asked him lots of questions about other plumbing issues, I felt like I was being a pain, but he politely answered all of my questions. Allan is the only plumber that I will be calling as long as he's in business. Total 5 star averages are very rare, but it makes sense with AJZ plumbing. I appreciate the man, he has earned my respect and strongest possible recommendation.

  Had a clogged toilet that I could not manage to get cleared up. Allan was extremely helpful about how I could clear it myself. I chose to have him come anyways. Instead of making me wait until late at night or the next day, he chose to take a few mins to swing by my place on his way to his next job and give it a quick try. Showed up within 45 mins and had the toilet unclogged within 5 minutes. He was professional and courteous and even helped me lecture my kids on proper toilet etiquette which (hopefully) will save me from needing future help for the same issues in the future. 10/10 will definitely use this company again for any other plumbing needs. Cost was less than I expected as well which is great.

  Can't say enough good things. Called on a Friday (non-emergency) to repair/replace my garbage disposal. Allan was able to do the work the very next Monday. This was after calling and leaving a contact form on the website of another business 5 days prior with "excellent" reviews who never contacted me back. Allan called on Monday to say he was coming right when he said he would. His work is impeccable and he went above and beyond for me. After being burned by another plumbing company last year, which is why I was looking for someone new, I would not use anyone else now. This man has ethics!
