Armando and Vivian deep cleaned my apartment and left in it tip top shape . They are caring, detail orientated and trust worthy. Sulay sold me from the first call- she was super transparent which helped me earn her trust and ultimately decide to use her company. I would highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone especially if you are super particular.

What a wonderful company. Viviana is the best! They helped when I really needed them short notice and the other cleaning company just no showed. They should up an hour later, on time and super efficient with excellent and fair pricing. We will def use them again and you should too!
I appreciate the response, but I need to address several inaccuracies point by point.
You say you communicated all changes in advance and received my approval. What you’re leaving out is that those changes happened three times in a single day, pushing my appointment from 9 AM all the way to 2:30 PM. I rearranged my entire work schedule each time without a single complaint. That is not a scheduling hiccup — that is a company that cannot manage its own calendar.
Regarding the heavily soiled environment — this is false and frankly insulting. My condo is a well-maintained, organized space. There was no mess to put away, no dishes to clean, no clutter. I prepared specifically so your team could focus entirely on cleaning. To suggest my home was in a condition beyond normal deep cleaning scope is not only inaccurate, it is a deflection to cover for poor work.
Here is what I need you to answer: if two cleaners spent five hours in my fourteen hundred square foot condo, what exactly did they spend that time on? The floors still had dirt after mopping. The shower walls were barely touched and products were never moved to clean surfaces underneath. The fridge and cupboards were completely untouched. The oven was untouched. They didn’t vacuum under the bed despite me providing the attachment. I had to hand your cleaner my own upholstery attachment because she wasn’t going to vacuum the couch herself.
So I am genuinely asking — if most of the major areas requiring deep cleaning were left dirty, what did five hours of work actually accomplish? Was it just the bathroom? Was it the hardwood floors? Was it wiping down furniture? Because basic dusting and vacuuming does not take five hours in a condo this size, especially when there is zero clutter and zero dishes to manage. Your team either was not working the entire time they claimed to be there, or they were working extremely inefficiently. You cannot have it both ways — claiming five hours of continuous diligent work while leaving most of the home visibly dirty.
The oven comment is particularly telling. You describe it as heavy buildup beyond normal scope — yet when I booked this service I specifically asked whether you clean ovens. Your team said yes. If the oven was outside your scope, that should have been stated at booking. Instead, your cleaner came back, spent fifteen minutes on it, cleaned roughly thirty percent of it, and told me she didn’t know how to clean the rest. That is not a buildup issue. That is a training issue.
You say your team worked continuously and diligently. The evidence does not support that claim.
And you mention sending a cleaner back as evidence of good faith. She stayed fifteen minutes instead of the thirty promised and left the job unfinished.
The photos attached to my original review show the condition of my home after your team’s visit. They tell the full story. No amount of carefully worded responses changes what is clearly visible in those images.

I am attaching photos so you can see exactly what $200 and five hours of "deep cleaning" looks like.
Let me start with the scheduling disaster. My appointment was between 9–9:30 AM. Fifteen minutes before they were supposed to arrive, I got a message saying they'd come at 11:30 instead and send two cleaners to finish faster. Fine. Then another message — now it's 2:30 PM or the next morning. I rearranged my entire work schedule three times in one day to accommodate them without a single complaint.
The first cleaner arrived at 2:30 PM. The second showed up at 3:10 PM — forty minutes late. So right away they are not working the five hours I paid for.
Before booking, I specifically asked if they do deep cleaning — oven, inside cupboards, walls, moldings, handles, everything. They said yes to all of it. That is the only reason I hired them. My 1,400 sq ft condo was already organized. No clutter, no dishes. Their only job was to clean.
I left the house to give them space to work. At 5 PM I got a call from scheduling saying they needed another hour because they still hadn't finished. I pointed out that five hours had not elapsed because one cleaner arrived at 3:10. The scheduling person argued with me. I had to get off a work call, pull up timestamped screenshots of when I let them up in the elevator, and call her directly before she finally acknowledged what basic math had already proven.
When I came home, here is what I found:
Oven — completely untouched. Fridge — not cleaned. Inside the cupboards — nothing taken out. Shower walls — barely wiped, products left in place, surfaces underneath never touched. The hardwood floors throughout the entire house still had visible dirt after supposedly being vacuumed and mopped. They didn't vacuum under the bed despite me providing the exact attachment for it. I also had to hand the cleaner my upholstery attachment because she wasn't going to vacuum the couch on her own.
What did five hours between two people actually cover? Wiping some counter surfaces and cleaning two bathrooms — poorly.
When I told the manager the oven wasn't touched, she said they didn't have enough time. They started in the kitchen. You don't start in the kitchen, skip the oven, and hope you circle back. She sent the cleaner back for 30 minutes. She stayed 15, cleaned maybe 30% of the oven, and then told me she didn't know how to clean the rest.
This was a complete waste of $200. Rescheduled three times, showed up late, argued with me over basic math, left the oven, fridge, cupboards, shower walls, and floors all dirty. The photos attached say the rest.
