  It did not seem like Frankie was an experienced journeyman plumber because he did not forget any tools on the truck to complete the job. To my surprise Frankie and his apprentice did a master plumbing job on the install of the faucets in a workman like style with positive customer interaction. I believe Frankie is a valuable asset to LaPense , and with his journeyman experience having apprentice Elias under his wing will also make Elias a valuable asset. To say the very least I am very satisfied with the work performed.

  Terrible company! I bought a house almost a year and a half ago. This company did work for the previous owner and tried to send me the bill. After I explained that the work was done for a the previous owner and even showed on the invoice that the work was done before I owned the home. The then falsified an invoice for a different date and sent me to collections. Any company that would do something like that is terrible.
