  They were great with the carpet, however when they moved furniture out on balcony, they ripped the screens on 2 doors. I called and explained what had happened, repeatedly, never tried to fix the problem. They stopped returning my calls. Very disappointed in their service.!

  August 2020, I needed the carpets replaced in my Aunt’s Condo in Ormond Beach. Due to her health condition, I flew in from the West Coast and had limited time to complete the project. I found a family owned business, well established in the community and was local to my Aunt’s residence with good reviews. Rob, was my account rep, and he was efficient, professional and provided me with a quality carpet that was in stock and could be delivered within two days. THRILLED. In hindsight, had I known the Company sourced out their carpet installation to independent contractors, I would not had proceeded with the transaction. I was disappointed in the management in lack of follow-up regarding an issue and took five months to respond to the query. Unfortunately, I had to drive the situation and never received a direct phone call or email from the management staff.

Set me up with some samples to take home and view. Helped me with the proper selection for the area that I needed to cover and worked with me on my payment. The service was outstanding! After shopping around, no doubt I received excellent service with the highest quality for the best value. My flooring looks fabulous! Thank you Carpet One!
