  Our grandkids were visiting, and our air went out at 8:30 pm. They sent a technician, Anthony. He fixed it, and we were up and running in 1 hour.Family operations and trustworthiness. Thank you!

  They put in my new unit 2 years ago. Had an issue recently and they came out next day. The system issue required an additional service call but they didn’t charge again as needed more work for the fix. Dante and Cross were very personable and thorough despite needing to be in the extremely hot attic. They did a great job. I waited a couple days to write this and the system is working great. Thx guys.

  We had such a great experience with Dunté and Ashton! They were both incredibly genuine and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers and aren’t just trying to get you in and out the door. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and were more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. We’re very happy with our experience and will definitely continue using this company for our future needs. Thank you again!

  The ONLY air conditioning folks I would use! EXTREMELY pleasant and easy to work with. They were very efficient in identifying my issue and thoroughly reviewed the process to fix it and get me up and running. They even offered to leave me with a portable AC unit until the job was completed! Wow! The crew was attentive to my new floors and carpet wearing clean booties each time they entered. Living in Florida, its a relief to know that Ordine's got my back when it comes to any AC issues. Love these guys!!! 6stars!!
