  They were no help in any way possible, I was directed to them from a friend to ask simple questions and in result I got told that they only helped our customers. But technically if I’m asking for help that makes me a customer. Very disappointed.

  Freddy did a great job from the very start — he was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Anthony, Dante, and the other two guys on the crew were fantastic too! They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and clearly take pride in what they do. They installed my hood vent and did an absolutely amazing job — it looks clean, professional, and works perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the excellent service from the entire team. If you need HVAC work (or related installations) in the area, I highly recommend Ordine’s Air Conditioning and Heating. Great family-owned company that genuinely cares about doing things right. Will definitely use them again!
