  Highly recommend did excellent work helping us get an after the fact AC permit and the repairs needed to pass inspection. Very polite and gave constant updates along the way which was really nice. 👍

  In a world where it is completely impossible to find honest priced, quality work, especially in this industry - LibraAir is who you have to go with. Previously got an estimate for a split unit cleaning for $2k from a larger AC company, these guys did it for wayyyyy less and did a wonderful job. Couldn’t have been friendlier, more communicative and just a complete breath of fresh air when it comes to getting housework done. THANK YOU!

  I had an excellent experience with Libra Air. From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. The technician called to confirm the appointment, kept me updated on his schedule, and even let me know when he was finishing his previous job and heading my way. That level of communication is rare and very much appreciated. When they arrived, both technicians were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Not only were they efficient, but they took the time to explain what was going on and made the entire process stress-free. As a Realtor in Pinellas County, I work with many service providers, and great communication and customer service stand out. These gentlemen were a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend Libra Air to my clients, friends, and family. Thank you for the excellent service!

  I had a great experience with Libra Air and Marquiese. Their pricing was very competitive compared to another company I contacted, and they were able to come out the next day. The response time was quick, communication was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service at a fair price. Additionally, Pictures were taken of the previous model and new model which are helpful.

  Seems like the hot weather is ahead of schedule this year. My AC would quit at 3pm for several days. After calling a few companies, I was able to speak to a human who said he would come over when he was done with the job he was on. It got later, the sun was setting. I called him to cancel & he encouraged me not to cancel, that he was on his way. These 2 guys didn’t disappoint me! They worked on my AC in the rain & in the dark, identifying the issues & repairing only what was needed. They came back the next day for a follow up & I was surprised at the knowledge of AC from such a young man. He told me everything he was doing & what counts to me, is that this man was honest. Prices were reasonable, even less than I thought. If you need a man to work on your AC, Marquis Stevenson is the man you want. I highly recommend Libra Air & at the end of my experience, I was so thankful & happy I have a new go-to person to call. Thanks, from Cool Guy Ron in Holiday, FL
