  Initially, Melissa communicated professionally & explained process thoroughly. Booked appointment same day- fair pricing! with Jackson on site..punctual, professional & experienced. Water back on in 3 hours. Job well done. I would not hesitate to call again. Highly recommend ! 😃

  I had an issue with my newly installed well tank and didn't want to use the company that originally did the installation. After reading Sheffields reviews. I sent a text with pics of my well set-up. Melissa of Sheffields Inc., gave me a call and stated they didn't service my area. However, she gave me recommendations on how to remedy my issues. It had to do with the pressure in the new tank. I followed Melissa's directions and presto my problem was solved. If you need well service call the professional who specializes in wells. Thank you Melissa!!!!

  After being without water for over ten days, having a new well drilled felt like a huge leap of faith. Looking back, I can say without hesitation that choosing Sheffields Well Drilling was the right decision. Chester, his son Jackson, Melissa, Hailey and the entire team went above and beyond every expectation. They prepared me for every possible complication that could arise, yet the actual installation went remarkably smoothly. Their knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic were evident from start to finish. What impressed me most was their commitment to making sure I had water. Even though the job ran late on a Friday they refused to leave me without water for the weekend. They connected temporary power and tied into my existing system so my family and I would have running water until the electrician could complete the final hookup. That level of dedication is rare. This is a family-owned company, and it shows. Chester and Jackson are hardworking, honest, and genuinely care about doing the job right. Melissa and Hailey kept everything organized and communicated with kindness and professionalism throughout the process. As they finished the well, the long-awaited rain finally arrived after a severe drought. Watching clean water come up from beneath the earth while rain fell from above was a moment I won’t forget. It almost felt symbolic—a fresh start. My property felt renewed, and so did I.   Absolutely amazing service! I was referred to them by my mom that had major well work done. Called and spoke with Melissa. Explained the issues and sent photos. She put me on their schedule same day. I appreciated the information given about my type of pump and the repair was made quickly. I would recommend Sheffields to anyone with well/ pump concerns. In this day and age this kind of service is hard to come by. 10/10
