  I drove all the way from Homestead to Hialeah in the middle of the day with a helper. They assured me on the phone that they had the measurement of the tile I was looking for twice. I repeated the measurement and twice they assured me that they had the tile I needed. I even went so far as to call a third time when I was on my way so that I would not spend money on my helper and the time of day which took me more than an hour to arrive. When I got to the location, the tile was not the measurement that they assured me on the phone. It was completely off by 1 1/2 inches. Since I had already spent time and money to get there, I asked for a different tile of a different size again they assured me that they would check for me that they had it in stock so they called the warehouse. Had me wait A half hour to then simply say no it is not in stock and it will take two weeks to arrive. I never received An apology or an explanation as to why they made me drive so far to then not have what they had promised on the phone. It was a waste of time and money, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. Anyone can make a mistake, and I can understand that, however not even an apology as stated. And just to top off everything while I was waiting for them to check the warehouse and ensure me that the tile I had chosen was in fact in stock the whole time this lady was on her personal phone. I had to take it upon myself to inquire after waiting half an hour if it was in stock or not.

  I paid for an item and they did not have at their location and they told me they would ship it and let me know when i could go pick it up. I never received. I've followed up a few times and they told me they would get back to me. They never did. Other times I simply have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Its been almost 4 months. Pagué por un artículo que no tenían disponible en su local; me dijeron que me lo enviarían y que me avisarían cuando pudiera ir a recogerlo. Nunca lo recibí. He dado seguimiento al asunto varias veces y me dijeron que se pondrían en contacto conmigo, pero nunca lo hicieron. En otras ocasiones, simplemente no he logrado localizar a nadie. Ya han pasado casi cuatro meses.

  I was very happy with the service I received from the staff at D&B Tile. Everyone there was super professional, respectful and helpful - especially Yani, Ivan and the young lady seated at the counter next to Ivan. Thank you, guys. Attentive, great selection, super easy to get to from I-95 - came all the way down from Hollywood. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
