Great experience with Sansone Air Conditioning! Alex Diaz was amazing from start to finish. He took his time explaining every detail about the new AC unit, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated.
I decided to move forward with a new unit, and the installation is scheduled for Saturday. So far, the customer service has been incredible and the whole process has been very smooth. Thank you, Alex, for your patience, professionalism, and great service. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Had a clogged kitchen drain, called for an appointment and asked for a rough estimate. Agent told me it depends on the problem and he can’t share anything. I was okay about it, like how bad it can be, right? A few hours later technician asked $500 for drain snake and $800 to install air vent under sink. I was speechless, it is beyond ridiculous. I had to pay $99 for a pointless visit just to get quotes. He was not able to diagnose anything, he was not sure if snake will help. I don’t have any problem with technician, but operator should have give me something! I would never call a plumber to use drain snake for $500!

The service tech was great! Saturday, he came out, let us know what we needed and guided us through everything. Our a/c isn’t working.
We schedule the duct repair, cleaning, and service for Wednesday.
Late Tuesday, they cancelled our appointment due to the duct cleaning machine being down. No problem, that wasn’t the main reason for our appointment. They wouldn’t split that off, told us we had to cancel and reschedule, well cannot go another day without air conditioning.
This is absolutely unacceptable- we also prepaid the service of $3500 and they didn’t have an ounce of consideration for us as a customer.
Terrible customer service- lost a customer and will never use this company again.

I just received a advertisement on my phone from Sansone air. It basically read: why wait for AC repairs. We offer same day service. So I called and asked why I had to wait 36 hours to restore my 10k AC I purchased from Sansone 6 months prior. I am a Disabled Veteran. The last time the AC broke down, only a week after installation. It got to 105 in my home. I fell and landed on my face twice. All this didn't matter. I still had to wait 36 hours for a tech to show up. When I called, after I received their ad today. I was told, well it depends how busy our "board" is. the "board" is always full, especially in the Summer. So their ad is very deceiving. When when I called to ask when I would expect a tech, I was on hold for 9 minutes. I was then transferred to a VM. The voice mail was full. I called back approximately 9 times. 9 times out of ten, the service techs were very rude. They had no idea who their supervisors were. I know they have two. They should be fired at once as well as the rude service advisors. Service advisors, what a joke or better yet, an Oxymoron. I spent 10k on a unit, not the service advisors. I think warranty work doesn't charge as much as a service call. Their is a bright star in this riddled mismanagement company who put out misleading or untrue ads. Or just an old fashioned lie in my opinion. The only bright star are the techs. Well trained and EXTREMELY friendly. Especially, Gabe. A very knowledgeable and competent tech. As it turned out, it wasn't warranty work, of course. So as long as I continue to get Gabe, I bought the service contract. My attorney said there is a Lemon law on large purchases like 10k. AC's They found a sales person fast enough within hours. Once they "got me", I waited 36 hours as a Disabled Veteran for a tech. God forbid if they pay a tech overtime to come by. They said a tech was not in my area. Really ? So I hope this review will educate any prospective buyers of AC's from Sansone AC. Stay away !
Sansone, please don't leave a trit, already made up response. You have no other answers for your poor service, and rude employees.
One of the managers who should have been fired, called me. He actually defended the people, and me having to wait 36 hours. He even defended the call center they use. This call center is in the Mid-West. When I challenged him, he wanted to hang up. He knew I was right. Again, if the owner reads this; that supervisor really needs to be fired

We replaced not one, but two a/c units, and all of the ducts in the whole house. The only reason I am giving two stars is because we are very happy with the actual products. However, there were several other issues, and four months later we are still dealing with one of them.
On day one, they gave me a form to sign regarding an FPL rebate. It was filled out for one a/c unit and I asked if we were entitled to two since we bought two units. They said yes, but I would have to contact the office for a new form. I called at least four times and was told each time they would send me one but never did. I have pretty much written that off and let it go even though we got zero rebates because I got tired of dealing with them.
Next, after the job was done, it failed the inspection because some of the new ducts were not secured properly, they never got a permit for some electrical work, and they never installed a surge protector outside that was part of the job. They came back right away and fixed the ducts, (but they broke a light in the attic while they were doing it and didn't tell us about it), but four months and many phone calls later, they have still not submitted the permit nor have they come back to install the surge protectors.
For these reasons we will never use them again and would not recommend them.
