  If I could give 10 ten stars they deserve that and more. I almost wanted to cry at the excellent work they did. My husband and I are beyond satisfied and pleased. Will definitely will refer all our friends and family members f they have a need for your service. The techs were at the top level of expertise and professional. Very pleasant and friendly. They exceeded everything a professional tech should be. Thank you Sansone.

  I thought they were good. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of integrity shown by this company. After calling them for a service issue, I was met with high-pressure sales tactics claiming my 2019 HVAC unit needed a full replacement for $12,000. When I declined, they provided an $8,000 list of 'necessary' repairs, and finally a $400 'hard start kit' fix. They repeatedly insisted I had a “leakage”, despite the fact that the unit's performance hasn't changed once in 4 years. Seeking a second opinion was the best decision I made even if I had to pay them 89$ for the call.Not sure why I pay an annual Maintenance fee. It turns out the capacitor they installed just 10 months ago was the wrong specification and had failed. Instead of honoring their previous work, they tried to exploit the situation for a massive sale. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for honest service.. I paid 350$ and all is back to normal. To make matters worse, was bombarded with an insane volume of automated texts, emails, and phone calls pushing me to close the deal, do maintenance etc. Sad.

  Excellent Company, would highly recommend. They answer the phones even on the weekends, when others don't. They are friendly, accommodating and professional. The technicians they sent were very professional, clean, respectful and did an excellent job. I had used a different company in the past, that charged less and I got what i paid for , less service! Sasone was not very much more in price, but the service provided was light years ahead. I'm a customer of theirs now, JOB WELL DONE!

  I had an excellent experience with Sansone 4/29-4/30. My outdoor condenser unit stopped working in the evening and they had a tech (Felix Perez) out the next day to assess the problem. He was courteous and knowledgeable. All of his tests concluded a bad compressor, along with a faulty capacitor. He provided a quote which was for labor only but then called me within a couple hours because as it turned out, my warranty also included labor! I appreciate that they took the initiative and looked into it. The next day a different tech (Caleb McFarland) came to do the repairs. He was also friendly, knowledgeable, and very diligent in confirming the issue, making the repairs, and cleaning up. Everything is working perfectly now and I am very happy. I did a service contract with them because I need some other work done and there would be 15% off. This company seems to be really "with it"!
