  Worst company to work with! The technician did not properly inspect the AC or offer any repair options. He simply said the entire unit needed to be replaced. Customers deserve honest recommendations, clear options, and respectful service—not pressure to spend more money. Don’t waste your money with this company. This experience felt dishonest and showed a complete lack of respect for the customer.

  I am still dealing with a/c issues from an installation that happened in September of 2025, SEPTEMBER! This company hires people that don’t know what they are doing. I’ve had 3 technicians come out to “adjust” the piping of the a/c, add traps and vents, and yet here I am again in AUGUST 2026 having the same issue. They continue to say it’s a “me” problem when they are the professionals, when you ask the technicians questions every single one of them give you a different answer. I would not go with this company as they fail in every aspect. I even had a water heater put in, they are never on the same page, they don’t pull permits the correct way, or on time, they tend to “forget”. All they care about is YOUR SALE & MONEY. SAVE YOURSELF TIME & go some where else.

  this was my first experience with Sansone, and from beginning to end, I genuinely don’t have a bad thing to say. John came out first to give us the quote, and he was super easygoing and easy to talk to. He actually listened to what we needed, let us explain the situation, and then walked us through three different options without making the whole thing feel like a sales pitch. From choosing the system to getting the financing handled, everything was surprisingly easy and straightforward. then RJ and Abu showed up for the installation, and these two were absolute machines lol. From the moment they arrived until the moment they left, they were working. They showed up on time, got right to it, and somehow managed to be incredibly efficient without ever making the job feel rushed. What really stood out was how well they worked together. You could tell they were completely on the same wavelength. There wasn’t a bunch of back and forth or standing around figuring out who was doing what. they just knew what needed to be done and handled it. At the same time, both of them were incredibly polite, friendly, and easygoing. I barely heard a peep out of them while they were working, but anytime we talked, they were great. When everything was finished, they cleaned everything up and left the place looking like they had never been there, other than the fact that I now had a brand new AC. The work ethic from RJ and Abu was seriously impressive, and the entire process with Sansone was smooth from start to finish. if I sell this house tomorrow, move somewhere else, and find myself needing another AC, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Sansone again. Huge thank you to John Giuffrida, RJ, and Abu for making what could have been a stressful process ridiculously easy. Highly recommend them.

  If I could give this company a zero star rating I would. We had sansone come out to assess our broken unit after a third party HVAC company was unsuccessful in fixing it. We bought our house with a daikin fit unit that was installed by sansone in 2024 so it seemed logical that they would be able to fix it. What a mistake that was. The sansone tech came and spent several hours "diagnosing" what was wrong with the unit. What he told me was that the third party company overfilled our refrigerant lines and that it would cost $2500. During the technicians time looking at our unit he asked me if it was under warranty. This prompted me to go through and find paperwork that was left to us from the prior home owner. Turns out that they paid for a 10 year parts and labor warranty for the unit. When I presented this to the technician he informed me that they would need me to pay $2500 to fix the refrigerant lines and get into their membership program, but after that they would honor the warranty and there wouldn't be further cost for me. Since they were agreeable to honor the warranty after the job I moved forward with the refrigerant line job. After they finished this job the ac was running the same way it was before (not cooling the house below 83 degrees). We called Sansone back and they sent another technician this time. In under an hour the technician found 5 additional problems. One being the AC coils being totally "caked". I'm not even an AC person but that seems like something the first tech should have noticed. Anyway, at this point the second technician informs me that the total repair cost would be $6800 for the issues he found and that Sansone would not be honoring the warranty like the first tech told me. At this point I attempted to get a refund for this bogus refrigerant job they scalped me for; I spoke with the warranty manager one time. He was supposed to call me back in a few hours after the call. I haven't heard from him in 2 weeks now despite attempts to reach him. Bottom line: These guys are predatory salesmen. They will lie to you to make a sale. Thank you Sansone for playing a major role in keeping my wife and two month old infant displaced from our home going on a month now. Really stand up company you're running. Unbelievable.

  Don't ever call these guys! They are CROOKS!!!! They charge $100.00 for a service call to determine what the issue is. If you go with their service they will apply it to the repair cost. I had a simple drain pan clog that was causing my drain pan to over flow. The bandit told me it would be $469.00 to blow out the drain line. When I questioned him about the outrageous price he said well we have to vacuum the water out of the pan first!!! These guys are totalling ripping people off. So I end up paying $100.00 for this guy to try and fleece me!!! I am almost positive the last time they were here for a issue they were trying to sell me a $8,000.00 unit to replace the one I have that is only 2 years old. I had another guy come out and he told me the unit was still under warranty and saved me thousands of dollars. Whatever you do, call someone else and not this company. Crooks! Oh by the way, the guy is now goofing off in the parking lot. He left my unit almost 45 minutes ago and he is still sitting out there. Probably plotting another $100.00 minimum scam on someother senior citizen!!
