Me cobraron más de 600 $ por reparaciones que no hicieron absolutamente nada, luego trataron de presionarme para que reemplazara la bomba de inyección de casi 4.000 $. Llevé la unidad a otra tienda Thermo King y arreglaron el verdadero problema por unos 1.000 dólares. Me sentí completamente deshonesto y como si solo estuvieran lanzando piezas caras a la unidad en lugar de diagnosticarla correctamente. They charged me over $600 for repairs that did absolutely nothing, then tried to pressure me into a nearly $4,000 injection pump replacement. I took the unit to another Thermo King shop and they fixed the real problem for about $1,000. Felt completely dishonest and like they were just throwing expensive parts at the unit instead of properly diagnosing it. If you have a reefer load and need honest service, do not trust this place without getting a second opinion first.

No roadside call, no emergency service, just basic shop work completely unreasonable. Prices like this feel excessive for such a simple repair. Very disappointed and would recommend others ask for pricing upfront before agreeing to any work.
