  We contacted Air Commander’s Heating & Air Conditioning to provide insight on recurring issues we were having that our installer seemed to be hiding. I spoke to Paul in Parts multiple times and the level of professionalism that Paul and customer service conveyed was a huge green flag. :) From scheduling to completion of our “wellness check”, communication was clear and consistent. Reports, invoices, and recommendations were provided in full detail. Armando was the technician who came to perform our inspection was delightful. He got right to work and was very thorough. We already feel 100% satisfied with hiring Air Commander’s, and we will definitely be hiring Air Commander’s for our services going forward. Thank you for the incredible service and integrity.

  I had a warranty repair for a coil change being done. My system was pumped down into the compressor and there 1st technician checked the system and said they noticed it pumped down. The 2nd technician that installed my coil said it was left wide open and leaked out the refrigerant, when it wasn't open. Be careful with these folks. There technician stole my refrigerant and this company refuses to make it right or investigate the technician it was hard to even speak to this technician who spoke no English at all. The picture is proof that there was refrigerant in my system.

  Very unprofessional requested service for my second home and scheduled an appointment then I wa called the same day to reschedule short staff so I booked for another day and this morning they called me they had an opening for this afternoon told them I couldn’t cause I had a drs appt so i was scheduled for tomorrow in the morning. I got another call a few minutes ago that they had an opening for this afternoon I told the lady that I was no able that I had an appt so then she said I have one for tomorrow afternoon and I told the lady my appt is for 9-12 and she kept arguing back and forth that it is for the afternoon so I told her just to cancel the whole thing g lost a customer for being so arrogant and I have proof of the appt on my messages.
