- SOScott OdomNov 18, 20231.0Poor communication. No dedication to resolving warranty issues related to poor work.
- VMVonnie McNeaseFeb 20, 20225.0We couldn't be happier with our experience with Gene's. The showroom people were so helpful and knowledgeable with all our questions. We picked LVP for house with carpet in the bedrooms and it's gorgeous. The installers, TJ and Tommy, were amazing. The job they did was outstanding, seriously, we didn't see anything but perfection in their work. They cleaned up and did everything right. We highly recommend Gene's Flooring to anyone who is looking for the best.
- TMTerry MeadMay 10, 20215.0I've been buying flooring and carpeting from Gene's for close to 47 years. Down home honest folks from the showroom to the installers. They show up when they say they're gonna show up and always do an excellent job.
