Booked to replace some torn screens on my porch. I wasn’t told the complete list of supplies needed so I was billed for the guy to shop a Lowe’s for one item and then he didn’t even complete the job. There’s still two torn screens. He only needed to replace five and he did three which took 2.5 hours and near $500. Never using this service again. Complete rip off.

Highly recommend Ace Handyman as they are professional, show up on time, have great communication and are very knowledgeable. Durham was my guy that came to my home. He accomplished all I had on my list and was so very pleasant to work with. Answered all my questions and more. Don't hesitate to use them as I will pass this along to all my family and friends. Thank you Ace Handyman!

The work performed was not done by skilled professionals . There is many flaws in the workmanship of the patio deck that ace handyman services I’m stalled for me. They also charge by time and materials. Which I thought would be a great idea. How ever that only works if people show up on time and work . These guys showed up late left early and often left the job for hours to get materials everyday. They truly only work about 4 hours out of the 8 they charge you and even then they are standing around talk most of that time. I would definitely not recommend using them. I thought I let them know my concerns to the owner only to find out later he was really just an employee. . And what ever the qoute is be prepared for them to say there was extra work even though there was a hole of the job they claimed they was going to do that they did not . Do what should have been less money turned in to even more money. If I was these guys I know I never finished the job I would not ask for a review..
