  I’m very disappointed with the handyman work and the overall pricing experience. The work was not completed to the standard I expected, and the final cost was not what I was originally quoted. I feel the pricing should have been accurate and clearly communicated upfront, rather than changing after the work was completed. For the amount I was charged, I expected better quality workmanship, professionalism, and transparency. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I was satisfied with either the work performed or the way the pricing was handled. I would strongly recommend getting a detailed written estimate before agreeing to any work. We only got 2 tasks of the 6 we hired them for completed. Their technician T.J. put our new kitchen faucet on incorrectly and had to call Moen the actual company for directions on how to fix it. He did not know how to disconnect remotes from electrical switches and said he could google it. Yeah, so could I. On our gutters he said he needed two men and would have to come back for an additional $1200. He took 4 hours to put in a new faucet, tighten screws on a fan and look at a gutter. He was not knowledgeable at all as a handyman. When we told him we got quoted a different price than what he attempted to charge he said he would have the office call us. The lady called a few hours later and we explained all this and she admitted that she used an incorrect pricing sheet to give us a quote but she still sent us an invoice for an inflated overcharge. We specifically went with this company because they are veteran owned and my husband is a veteran. We learned a lesson the hard way and I would strongly recommend not using them. We paid the bill but it was much more than we were quoted for something that should have been able to have been completed in less than two hours. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Do better Ace handyman.

  Ace sent a very nice fellow to clean leaves from my roof and shead. He was a bit early, easy to talk to, fast and did a great job. Over all it was just very easy which is much appreciated in today's complicated world. Would definitely use Ace again for smaller home maintenance or repair!

  Ace Handyman did a spectacular job on uninstalling and installing my new downdraft stovetop. They went above and beyond the call of the job scope to complete the job. Originally Lowe’s was supposed to install it but they were unable to do it. I am so glad I found Ace Handyman services. I will be using them again in the near future.

  Since the Ace Handyman group cannot provide assistance with plumbing, 1 of my 3 items I needed help with did not get done, but they were kind enough to reduce the payment to reflect the hours they did work. All work was done very professionally and quickly and plan on hiring them for more work in the near future.

  Had Ray A replace two outdoor ceiling fans. He put the blades in wrong and said spacers were unnecessary! He came back out again and fixed the issues. His supervisor came the next day to see if the movement when pulling chain to turn fan on was normal or not. He said it was normal and fans were installed good. I called the Hunter Company to verify and they said the fans were good as long as there was no movement while in. Good news: they did try to correct problem. Bad news: I'm a single lady and spent $330.00 to a professional who should have out the fans in correctly the first time. Will we ever have a time when single women aren't taken advantage of???
