Carol has been a delight to work with. I’m looking forward to moving in now that I’m clear to close!

Carol answered our many questions so quickly and was so great to deal with. She cared about any question or co concerns we had. Even found out a paint color in a model home we liked. Super nice person.

This is the third home we’ve built in Florida and this by far has been the best experience! And it starts with the great interaction we’ve had with our Sales Agent Carol Woolgar! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she has guided us through the process with great aid and assistance. We couldn’t have asked for a better Sales Agent and are very grateful for her attention to detail and her advice when it was needed.

Diana is excellent! She thrives in what she does, Extremely polite and walk us through the process without rushing it, very patient and knowledgeable. Always available to our questions and always eager to take an extra step to provide us with right answers or contacts so the process is less stressful to us. Very humble experience. Thanks Diana The Sanchez family
