  Sabring was amazing! Our HVAC unit stopped cooling and she was here within hours and got us back up and running very quickly. She diagnosed a bad capacitor, discussed it in great technical detail with my husband, and replaced the part. On top of that, she is very personable and a lovely representative of your company!

  A/C stopped working about midday. Technician Osmaan showed up hours earlier than expected and quickly diagnosed the problem: a heat-blown Capacitor that caused Condenser to overheat and stop. And it's on the sunniest side of the house too, but Osmaan replaced the Capacitor, stood in the heat cooling down the Condenser to get it running, checked the vent temperature inside to ensure the HVAC system was working properly, and only then declared the job complete. Not only cooled us down but bought us some time to consider replacing our aging system.
