  Vinny came out for semi annual service. He was prompt, thorough and very cordial. He answered my questions and did not sell me anything I did not need. Except to renew my annual contract! Hope Vinny comes back in fall.

  This company has been servicing my A/C unit for 3 years in a row . I was referred to them by a close friend and neighbor because the technicians are superior in knowledge of systems and tech related issues. They are very polite, and make their customers understand their maintenance work. I feel that I’m getting the best service and it is provided efficiently !

  I called Saturday and was able to get service immediately or the following day, and I chose the following day. The service technician, Davaughn was on time, really nice and fixed the problem right away. Its never great having something break down and having to spend money, but having this great service sure makes it easier!

  I was told I needed a new duct system, and I agreed, so Comfort Temp replaced ALL of our duct work and I paid in full of 9K. The temperature now ranges six degrees from one end of the house to the other (worse than before). The duct installation supervisor, Johnathan, told me they will need to come back and add some dampers. I didn't hear back for over a week, so I called the office. Drew told me the a/c was oversized, and we were out of luck, and then ghosted me. I then spoke with the general manager, who only referenced Drew's comment. No permit, no heat load, no air balance, no concern about customer satisfaction and no comfortable house. Sad thing, the mechanics that installed the ductwork were jam-up, and knew what needed to be done to complete the job. If they were given the opportunity to balance the airflow with dampers, I would be a customer for life. Thank you Drew!! And Drew, if a heat load comes out to 48k btus, based on a seventy percent sensible heat ratio (FL), and a Trane four ton is only rated for 45.5k btus, what size a/c is the plans examiner going to require when you submit your ASHRE form. 5 ton. Our issue has nothing to do with capacity, and everything to do with air flow. Thanks again!
