  The roof looks amazing! From the very beginning of the project the representatives were professional and responsive. They protected the house from rain water and completed the job timely even though bad weather conditions were constantly changing. They even took care in where they placed the trash dumpster in order to protect the property. I highly recommend this company and the crew; I would definitely trust them to do work again. It was a pleasure working with them.

  We seriously cannot say enough good things about James and his team at True Force Roofing! From the very beginning, James was honest, upfront, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was amazing throughout the entire process. Their customer portal made everything so easy to follow, and James consistently sent us message updates through the portal explaining the progress of the job, what was happening next, and even keeping us updated when weather caused delays. We were never left wondering what was going on or where things stood. We also loved being able to follow along with the progress through pictures uploaded to the portal from the start of the job all the way through completion. It was such a nice touch and gave us peace of mind being able to actually see the work being done along the way. James and his team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of communication, honesty, and transparency really stood out to us, and we are extremely happy with our new roof! We would absolutely recommend James and the True Force Roofing team to anyone looking for a roofing company that is reliable, communicative, and truly cares about their customers. Definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish!

  I had two roofs replaced by this company, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dalton was one of the most responsive and communicative people I've worked with, always keeping me informed and making the process easy. On our most recent project, James managed the job and his organization and communication were exceptional. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and I never had to chase anyone down for updates. The whole team was professional, efficient, and clearly committed to great customer service. They worked very well around my other contractors and resolved all issues with permits without informing by going down to the city within 24 hours. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers excellent communication, fast service, and a smooth process, this is the A Team. I'm not surprised that they have 5 stars and over 700 reviews (they are probably all real unlike some company's that pay for reviews). There is a important thing you won't always find even with a good contractor, they are honest and have good integrity!

  Rodolfo and Jake come to the rescue! After being initially denied of a roof replacement by insurance, these experts came and gave a thorough roof inspection that lead to the claim being paid! I cannot thank True Force enough for their professionalism and diligence. True Force just gained a lifelong customer!

  True Force is the best contractor I have ever dealt with. They gave me a fair price. I always knew where we were on the project, because they kept me informed, as promised. Scott got the ball rolling, and from there, things moved along, again, as promised. James kept the progress going, and texted regular updates. If I had a question and texted, I got a prompt answer. Shout out to the crew who did the roofing. I own a 60 year old house with steel trusses, and an aluminum roof, and no one had ever seen such a contraption. The crew figured it out and got to work. The crew is a family, and they were the “well-oiled machine.” The result, on such an unusual house, is flawless! The only touch up was to remove five fasteners left over from the old roof. To be fair, it was getting dark when they finished, and they were simply missed. I texted James, and he had someone out within an hour to tidy things up. When I wrote the check, I did so without hesitation. James, Scott, and crew: Outstanding job, and breathtaking service! Can you tell I’m a happy customer?
