  I joined their membership program a couple months ago. So glad I did. Today I noticed I was warm in my house and realized the thermostat was set at 73 but it was registering at 80. I contacted them and within less than an hour someone was at my house making sure everything was taken care of. I know that I don’t have to worry about my hvac, plumbing or electric being part of their member program!

  Sunshine exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they made everything easy and stress-free. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and honesty. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and completed the work with a high level of quality and professionalism. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values customer service and takes pride in what they do.   The Turd Wrangler was amazing. He comes to my door dressed to impress, from.the clean uniform down to the booties on his feet to ensure my house was taken care of before he even knew what he was stepping into. He calmed our worries as he continually explained in great detail everything he was planning on doing. As he was working he talked us through it step by step. And to be honest, our bathroom was actually cleaner when he left than it was prior to us calling. Definitely recommending him to my entire neighborhood.

  I had a sink drain clog the previous night. First thing in the morning I called the team from Sunshine Services. The dispatcher/operator was knowledgeable about my problem and set me up for the service. Turd Wrangler came out this morning and cleared a clogged sink drain. He was fantastic! Great personality and thorough explanations as the work unfolded. He worked neatly and cleaned up before leaving. He also gave me some tips to help prevent the clog from happening again in the future. I would recommend them for quick service and a quality repair.

  Jason & Lacey were my last experience with this company. They were awesome. Mr Jimmy arrived and was very pleasant to talk to. We discussed goals, budget, and expectations. However, this is where the Love stopped. Once the Steves arrived, things went south fast! I understand we all get a little twitchy when faced with the AWESOMENESS of the Lord's light and warmth in the summer. Nobody wants to be without cooling but I think the new AC portion of this company leaves a lot to be desired. I won't dare accuse anyone of wrong doing. My ac was working and we called for a servicing of this unit. Now it is completely shot, we never received the estimate for repairs, and I got the feeling that Heather was more perturbed with me then I was regarding the sudden failure of my system. I had hoped to be considered a returning customer who valued local assistance but was told you're going to need to remortgage the property to afford to fix this. I came looking for options, I left feeling like I wasnt WORTHY of their service. Thank you Lord for changing the weather long enough for me to get a grip on how to resolve this matter and please bless the fine folks at this company who seem to be more preoccupied with higher valued customers. A wise man once told me, find a service you can provide better than anyone and then make it affordable and maximize your efforts. Personally I believe when you offer dozens of services, your ability to focus on making one amazing suffers. But it really doesn't matter. This company seems to value only the customers who have no limits to their budgets. If you are a little guy, call someone who wants to EARN your business. I wish Sapphire Heating and Air could service the system they installed. The only positive thing I can say, is they didn't charge me after my system was completely inoperable.
