  Tyler Cox and his apprentice were absolutely outstanding. They worked until an hour after dark making sure the job was done and it was ready for us to use the next day. Tyler was efficient and hard working. He was helpful and especially adept at keeping me, the customer, informed and in the loop regarding the job at hand. My wife and I were very pleased with the manner in which these young men represented the company they work for. Based on my interaction with these gentleman I would not hesitate to use Mister Sparky again.

  Wes came to my house to check out a breaker I thought was bad. He told me that my panel was too old and out of code that it needed to be updated. I already knew that but unfortunately that is not feasible for me. After explaining the situation that I just needed a breaker replaced because I was pretty sure that was the issue, he told me "they dont make breakers for that panel anymore." THAT IS A LIE, they do in fact make suitable replacements. It was as if he was scaring me into having to get the entire panel replaced. I asked for a quote for a panel replacement. He said they had to fix other stuff to bring it up to code (which I know is true). He quoted me $16,000. Then he also said he was pretty sure it was the breaker too but just to be sure he would have to charge me $250 for a diagnose fee but then wouldn't be able to fix it. So after doing my own research on what type of breaker I needed, I went to Lowe's and picked one up and installed it myself (cost: $23 and it works!). I will never recommend this company as I was lied to and the up-charge for a panel replacement and additional unneeded upgrades are outrageous. Examples of stuff added to the quote I DO NOT NEED TO BE UP TO CODE: 3-30amp 2 pole breakers for EV installs and grounding rods (I already have). I expected several thousand dollars but $16k, no.

  Jeremy and DJ came out and did some repairs we needed at our house today. We had a very urgent issue that they resolved so quickly and they communicated well with us through the process. Very happy with both their skills and service. 10/10 would recommend

  Called and a technician came that afternoon. Checked a few things, discovered the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. Tyler walked me through some other electrical issues to consider. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky and Tyler.

  We had one problem with power inside our home. We was stupid by letting them replace every power outlet inside our home,when they didn't need replaced. Only to now have damage to our walls that was not there before. Damage that we would have to spend thousands more to fix. Yes the guys were friendly. But that's besides the point. We had them here for 3 days. And they didn't find the problem until the 3rd day, after all the damage was done. We are retired and on a tight budget. Now we have to pay thousands for a service that was totally unnecessary. If I was able to post pictures in this review, I most certainly would. We are very unhappy with the damage done. Our home once was beautiful inside. Now I'm embarrassed to have company over to see what a damaged mess it is. And we have to live with this. I almost want to cry. We certainly our nice people. We treated them nice and this is what we get. Never again will I fall for this. Just to point out we now have wall damage, which the wall is caving in, hard to see in pictures but the wall is rippled. This was not like that before. And some receptacles and switches are crooked and not sitting flat against the wall.
