  Great service from the time that I called. They were very honest about their availability and what the process was going to look like. Their communication was on point and they kept me updated throughout the process with text about arrival time, etc. The technician also personally called when he was on his way to give us his estimate. Tyler cox Was so polite and friendly. He was very diligent in diagnosing the problem and inspecting all of the wiring in our backyard. He waited for me to be home to go over the estimate in person and ensure that it was clear. He seemed very knowledgeable but also humble. He really seems to love his job. He explained everything super well and was very professional.

  I had a handy man here to fix my outlet he said thar he couldn't figure it out and told me to call mister sparky. Mike manning and Justin Wesley came out and gave me 3 quotes and made sure my panel box was in good shape. They got my outlet fix with no issues I will recommend them to my family and friends

  Michael and Justin came by yesterday to help with a GFI outlet in my kitchen. Solved the problem, so we discussed the circuit breaker in my main panel. We discussed the options and ideas. Michael is very informative and knowledgeable! So they came back today to do the work on the panel . I'm glad it was both of them back today to do the work. I felt comfortable with both of them and the work that they did very good. Thank you!

  The service of the technician, Tyler, from Mr. Sparky was spent spectacular. I would use him and I would recommend him again. This could have been a five star review; however, I almost did not get this service because like a time previously, the company that does the scheduling and confirmation of appointments is sketchy, and hit or miss when it comes to customer service. I was able to make an appointment quickly and I got a text message, confirming my appointment. The morning of my appointment however, I received a message that my technician was running late and would not be here until later than expected. When I called the number to confirm if it was still happening, the operator, Emily, said that she would look to see if there was another technician in the area that could potentially come within the window of time we were promised. She never got back to me. So I called again and the gentleman I spoke with his name I don’t have, had no information for me and when I explained what I had heard from Emily, he said he can only speak for himself he can’t speak for others. Being less than helpful, I hung up with him. Shortly thereafter, I received a message that I had a confirmed appointment for the next day in a town over 150 miles away from my home with an address that was not mine. When I called to check on that, the representative started to tell me about all the issues that they were coming to fix at the home in another town, for someone with a different name other than the people in my family. I said I don’t live there nor is anybody here named that and we also don’t have the appliance to be repaired which was mentioned. After that, she said she would try to get my address fixed in the system. While I was on the phone with her, I received a text from the technician Tyler, who did end up coming and working in my home. It was all very confusing and took up a lot of my time. This is no reflection of the actual technicians who came to my home, but it is a gigantic reflection of the company that is taking their phone calls and booking their appointments. If you can get past that hoop-jumping, I do believe you would enjoy the work done by the team that showed up.

  Scheduling with Mister Sparky was confusing and frustrating and caused appointments to be switched. However once Timmy came out when he reviewed our entire project his explanations made a lot of sense. Even though the project was on the expensive side our research indicated it was not out of line. We signed up, paid a deposit and scheduled for the next day, Mike came out with all the parts and equipment needed to do the job and spent an entire day drilling and installing the new electric box. Our project turned into a two day event and when Mike returned again with all parts needed he finished wiring our new shed including installing the new A/C. Both Timmy and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and truly an asset to Mister Sparky!
