  Very professional! I was provided several options to fix a severe issue I was having with my air. I had another company come out previously that never solved the problem, despite charging me thousands. Dustin made me feel comfortable, talked me through every option, let me pick exactly what I wanted and what I didn’t want and I wasn’t pressured. I am a client for life! Definitely recommend!

  Mid-FL has been there everytime I needed service. Best thing is they are available 24/7. Which can be very useful cause you never know when your going to need service in the middle of the night, which I experienced in the past.

  The technician was great. Typically never any issues there. They’re always great to work with and knowledgeable. If I could recommend anything, it would be to allow the technicians or provide another text following the text sent of when the technician is on their way to provide an ETA of arrival. Reason for this is due to the window that we scheduled for (10a-noon), I received a text of technician on his way at 11:34am but didn’t arrive until around 12:30. Thankfully I was able to rearrange things and was able to be flexible to be home while he was here. But on other days, this could have caused issues and others may not be as flexible. Outside of that, as always, everyone was great!

  I have been a customer of Mid-Fla for five years. No more. I had the coffin box replaced at great cost after a technician last year "discovered" a structural mishap that apparently had been overlooked by previous technicians after a thorough duct cleaning. They assured me after the completion that issues with mold and airflow shouldn't occur ever again. Fast forward a year later and a new technician arrives and discovers a nearly identical issue with the other side of the air handler, on the air intake plenum. Again they say the same thing, that other technicians missed it in the past during maintenance, but that he's here now and this won't happen again after I pay $4K for repairs. Five years of continued negligence and year after year shakedowns - no more. I can shop around at this point.
