  We have been a customer since 1992. A/C purchased and installed 2017. Have yearly maintenance plan. Had ductwork cleaning done 2026. So tell me why this new unit has now broken down twice! This time they have not yet repaired it and we’ve been sitting in a house reading 90 degrees. Calls not being returned as promised and so we are waiting for another 2 days til they can come back and figure it out! This is not acceptable! I seldom give bad reviews but I feel if they are going to post 24hour service 7 days a week they should honor that; at least call and keep us informed!

  Poor customer service, especially follow up. A word to the wise…I paid $1800 up front for covered warranty work. I was told I would be reimbursed in 30 to 90 days. That was on February 6th. I’m beyond livid. Still no explanation from the company. Still waiting on my reimbursement. CAN I GET SOMEONE FROM MANAGEMENT TO RESPOND or WRITE ME A CHECK!?

  I would highly recommend mid Florida heating and air. They let you know everything they're going to do before they start doing it.They even go over to different prices. They are fair with their prices and cameras.

  I recently purchased a home and the AC system was installed for the previous owner by Mid FL H&A. Shortly thereafter I noticed a major air leak from the ductwork on the air handler supply. The previous owner was elderly and did not know about it., However, I noticed it a week or so afetr the purchase. I contacted Mid FL and they claimed they had no record of the install. I researcherd it with the county and found they did indeed install the unit. I asked them to come look at it, but they refused to come unless I paid a service charge to diagnose the problem. I guess they do not stand behind their work at all as it was basically a shabby job tapeed together and packed with foam to seal it. BEWARE
