  Came out to diagnose and repair a mini split system. Second technician to be assigned to this unit. First one informed us that he wasn’t competent in figuring out the problem. Second technician Robert has been there twice and was supposed to be back this morning first call. It’s now 10:27 and still a no show. Very frustrating and disappointing.

  I had a maintenance done. With all the confusion just getting an appointment my intake and outtake I desperately needed checked was not checked. Matthew was very polite and on time. Matthew did what he was sent to do. I just didn’t want to make this job two appointments for my service call.

  Tavaris is the most thorough technician I've worked with to date. Not only did he take all the measurements while he was here, but explained them to us about the trend of the leak in our system, and gave us a better idea on future course of action. We cannot recommend him enough, thank you Mid Florida for having an amazing team!

  Worst AC company ever. Refuses to give quotes over the phone; wants to charge $109 just to show up. Even then, shows up hours late, or not at all. Doesn't bring all the equipment necessary to fix the problem. Goes days without communication. Meanwhile, you're barraged with AI-generated text messages, and if you attempt to call them, half the time it's an AI trying to disguise itself with fake call center background noises! The only reason I attempted to work with them at all is because they merged with Extreme Air And Heat, which was the company that originally installed my Trane system. But Mid-Florida is so terrible that I'd rather abandon my extended warranty than ever deal with them again.

  our ac system quit this august and not satisfied with current ac company. midflorida ac was recommended by two different neighbors thank goodness! Arrived same day. We are impressed with technician Carlos! Very professional and explained problem after running tests and resolving problem. We definitely recommend Mid Florida heating&air!!!
