  Mid Fla Heating &Air completed a pre paid check up on my system. Ryan Oakley the Technician done an outstanding job making sure everything was working properly and ready for the winter months. I would recommend Mid Fla for all your Heating & Air Conditioning needs.

  Robert repaired our geothermal air conditioning which was not working. He did a wonderful job figuring out the problem, getting the correct parts and repairing the system. I can not speak highly enough about Robert’s skill and constructive attitude. He was just great.

  The technician (I hope that is the correct term) did a great job. He was very informative even to the point of showing that the capacitor reading were out of the correct range by putting the meter on the old "bad" one vs what the readings were the new "out of the box ".. I personnel see this a great idea and an example of how "custom service" oriented he is. He showed how I can tell if my "condensation pans" (my term) are draining properly and how and why the water trap needs be full of water. Every person that come out has commented, I mean EVERY Servicing PERSON HAS TOLD THE PROBLEMS with how the unit was installed initially. Oh and back to the drain pans, I explained how we had extensive damage to the point that app a portion of 2 ceilings, a portion of a wall had to replaced. There are 2 drip/drain pans that over ran. In any event he did a great service, teaching about the drains and how I can tell if it is working or not. All in all he is a Very pleasant nice guy, that did a great job for me teaching about how I can take care of my HVAC SYSTEM. THANK YOU SIR, TROY YOU DID A GOOD JOB JIM

  Troy D. provided us with amazing service. He arrived very quickly within 20 minutes after booking appointment. Troy was very professional and assessed our HVAC unit. He diagnosed the problem and made time to explain the situation. Overall we were blown away with Troy’s professionalism. I discontinued my membership last year due to poor service from a previous technician. Thanks to Troy I will reinstate my maintenance membership.

  This company was originally Extreme Air and Electric and was taken over by Mid Florida Heating & Air in 2024. While I had very good experience with the original owners, the new owners offer terrible customer service and do not honor agreements made with their clients. I had a new furnace installed last year for $15,000.00 which included a 1 year complimentary gold club membership offering 2 tune-ups at 6 month intervals. Recently I called to request service & I was told that my file had been marked ‘Do Not Service’. No explanation given. No call-back from management to resolve the issue. I would advise staying MILES AWAY from this company.
