  My experience with Door One USA was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the company was unprofessional and repeatedly failed to deliver on the timelines they promised. Instead of taking responsibility for delays and issues on their end, they seemed quick to place blame elsewhere and showed very little patience or respect when I tried to resolve the situation. The way I was treated left me feeling disrespected and unfairly judged. Based on my experience, I genuinely felt that I was treated differently, and it was a very uncomfortable interaction. Overall, working with this company was a complete waste of my time and caused unnecessary stress. I would never choose to do business with Door One USA again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable customer service or professionalism. If this is how they continue treating customers, I have serious concerns about their long-term reputation.

  I called and asked about installing doors for my duplex and the lady was really rude!

  We needed a commercial door at our warehouse and I called Door One USA and was very very pleased! Never did I expect that I’d have the door plus have it installed right away. Fantastic company, can’t thank them enough!!
