- DPDale PattersonOct 17, 20201.0We had a couple of windows replace and/or repaired. After working on one, they cut the screen and made a new one which is too loose. Also, there is a hole in the sash that no one told us about when it happened. We have left messages, spoke with them several times, but they haven't been back out in weeks!! We call back and give them the details and nothing!!! We need to get someone out to correct these problems!!
